New customer here and I couldn't be happier with my first order.
Shipping was very fast and I'm thrilled with the quality of the items I bought (dried fruit, chocolate, quinoa & popcorn) all at really great prices. I was pleasantly surprised at the range of products they sell and lots of organic items! Bonus is the fun & creative branding and you get to support a family business. The extra care they put into the website to have weather alerts for extreme heat was very thoughtful. I opted for the cool pack for my chocolate and they arrived just fine.

From organic beans to dried fruit. One stop shopping for dried foods. Family owned and well trusted business. All of my items arrived fresh and delicious! The figs aren t moldy but plump and fresh. I keep everything once opened in the fridge. Keeps everything stay fresh. My new favorite place to shop!

I placed an order of dried fruits and low sodium cashews last Friday and received the package Monday. I am in the Montana mountains so that was a surprise. The products purchased were eye pleasing and very tasteful. Even the packaging was cool. I will be a regular customer. I am sure things may go amiss in the future but life is not perfect and neither am I. I will be sure to stay away from the lemons. Sounds like people with nasty reviews are as sour as it can get. Nothing positive to say about them. After signing up for emails I was sent a first time customer coupon for free shipping and handling over $29. It's normally $59. I tried several times to redeem it on phone and even my tablet. Never worked. Enough to drive you nuts. Probably for the best. Prices seem high!
I will continue with buying from retail brick and mortar. Less variety but less cost and aggravation.

We bought organic mixed nuts in 1 pound packages. They were good. However, we decided to go to the 20 pound organic mixed nut product.

When the box arrived we weighed it .... and it was more than 3 pounds SHORT.

I called the company .... and they wanted me to hoist the unwieldy bag back on the scale (a triple beam accurate one) and take a photo of it with the weight. Since we had ordered MANY large 1 pound orders in the past, I informed them that this was ridiculous ... and could they please render CUSTOMER SERVICE by shipping us out the shortfall.

After putting me on hold for quite a while ..... he said they would ship out 3 One pound bags. These turned out to be RANCID and we threw them away. The 17 pounds from the box we had originally was full of nut powder flakes which was disappointing.

They lost us ..... a good high-volume customer.

So, I love Licorice!! I have been looking for a good, fresh licorice privier, this is not the place. I ordered black jelly beans, lace licorice, dried mango, mixed jelly beans and malted milk balls. the black jelly beans were good. the lace licorice was ok. the dried mango was not fully dried and had moisture in the bag. The malted balls had about as much malt in them as a squirrels nut sack AND every third one had a raspberry hint to it. I don't understand why I cant get good products when we pay a premium for it. I guess i'll keep looking. on a good note, the shipping was fast.

The candy was excellent as you can see, this was taken about 2 hours after receiving. It was the receiving that made me move from a 5 star review to a 3 star. FedEx delivered it on my uncovered front porch on a hot humid day, not even a knock out buzz to let me know it was there. The magnificent candy was a little weather afflicted by the time I found it. You should find a better delivery service. I will have to take my future business elsewhere or just go local. Sorry!
