The worst operator in CR. A number of unfair practices, especially when services are obstructed (for example, the Internet will cancel you after 3 config calls, when installing new services you will not be warned that the network is in disastrous state as it is not completed). New services are disastrous - their "5G" internet is parody of internet connection. On the one hand, it is not 5g but LTE alternative and when connected you get a speed of about 10-30% of what you say, huge latency (you can't play any game online), and connection drop every minute and unfortunately it's every day worse and worse. Operators are trying to be a million but it is unnecessary to help you with nothing. And the utterly mighty all the customer is when the infolink says: Vita vas smart sit O2. I haven't seen anything smart about her yet.

I am highly disappointed by the O2 service in Prague. They don't pick up the phone when you try to call to any store. I needed a simple information (customer service line couldn't help me with that) but I had to go from store to store to ask. I made perhaps 20 no-answer phone calls in 3 days to 5 different shops. I wrote 3 emails with no answer as well. Why they bother to state a phone number and email with the store description I will never know. Totally useless.

O2 again did not disappoint again did not solve anything.I will try to explain briefly.On one of our corporate telephones, we have many times more data consumption and despite their control by the user.This problem I tried to address at the call center where I after several switching and repeatedly identifying that it would be best to buy a larger data package :-). Of course, this solution is not suitable for us, so I forced to switch to "techniques". The Master, who has dealt with our problem, found the following in his expert view of the system:
1) we have high data consumption on the given number
2) We use iPhone X
3) This works with iOs
and that's all :-))).

Very arrogant company. In the case of communication, the vending machine yells for a minute and then the Slovak-speaking person picks it up. Agreement zero. There is no number for the director or someone competent, the services do not correspond to any service. Just lies and lies. It would be good to stop feeding these non-eaters. Bad experience for me.

Again bad experience, in the last year we have been burned twice, for all the fees and for signing a contract for two years and they will give you a number.
Now again problems with data in the modem, .... nobody knows anything, really with O2 we are just unhappy ... pay and pay .... but some helpful step towards the customer who leaves 1648K per month none, just as robots, we are for just numbers ...

Very NEGATIVE experience, the larger the company, the worse the behavior! I had TV air L from them - the price itself is quite high (500, - / month) for what you get for it, but mainly constant outages, jamming, frequent reboots modem. Only occasionally compensated for example about three days running HBO .. When I left them for the reasons described above, even though I had in the contract explicitly stated that the contract will be terminated by the end of the billing period, they began to operate with a 30 day notice. I had to find out how to do it with the CTO. the deadline is, and of course it was different than they claimed. The claim was finally acknowledged, but apparently due to incorrect information from the Call Center operator (!). They just rely on me not to deal with it and they will charge almost the entire next period! I strongly recommend O2 and if not, do not be fooled and messed up!

I am very dissatisfied with the work of business representatives for businesses. They do not even have the smallest professional habits, do not communicate with their customers, do not respond, ignore customers; one month's service was taught, I got the job for Nagano for almost a half a year. Merchants would like to name them properly and ratings should be based on the satisfaction of their customers.

The worst operator in the Czech Republic ... in January I wanted to cancel a number at the branch that I have not used since the summer, I was told to stop at the end of March that I am bound by a contract that ends in April. So I went to the branch on March 27, 2020, there I was told that someone from O2 would call me, that I was there, so it could not be disturbed at the branch. They called me about 2 times, but still someone else called me. Abbreviation in the summer of July 13, 2020, I sent a notice in writing. If no answer came about a month after the delivery of the mail to O2, I went to the O2 branch again and they told me that my mother had been shooting for 2 years since April. Well, a bunch of terrible. Now I have to send one other notice in writing, and if no answer is received, it will be dealt with by a lawyer for violating a few paragraphs. We are looking after one very good lawyer, so it will be ok. We are a company that has several phone numbers at O2 and some services such as internet and TV. We cancel everything completely and go elsewhere.

The workers are willing, but beware of the hidden increases. Instead of 500kc I suddenly got an invoice for 1330kc. O2 is overpriced and trying to get the most out of you, at least people are fine.

Worst. Company. Ever. Lying employees, willing to do anything to fool a person into purchasing something which does not meet their expectations, just to get their bonus at the end of the month.

Not only that, but when you have evidence of their deceits, they are deemed unusable. How is a video tape of your employee lying to our face not fit as an evidence?

Pick a different operator, regardless which one, just not O2. Everyone else is better - better prices, better services and upfront conditions.

Terrible, when you praise the service, nothing is a problem. If you want to cancel the service, ignore the e-mails, refuse to give information, do not communicate and deceive ("we have not received the notice of termination, you must call from the number we have here, otherwise I cannot solve this situation with you, ..."). NEVER MORE !!!
