Very NEGATIVE experience, the larger the company, the worse the behavior! I had TV air L from them - the price itself is quite high (500, - / month) for what you get for it, but mainly constant outages, jamming, frequent reboots modem. Only occasionally compensated for example about three days running HBO .. When I left them for the reasons described above, even though I had in the contract explicitly stated that the contract will be terminated by the end of the billing period, they began to operate with a 30 day notice. I had to find out how to do it with the CTO. the deadline is, and of course it was different than they claimed. The claim was finally acknowledged, but apparently due to incorrect information from the Call Center operator (!). They just rely on me not to deal with it and they will charge almost the entire next period! I strongly recommend O2 and if not, do not be fooled and messed up!
