O2 again did not disappoint again did not solve anything.I will try to explain briefly.On one of our corporate telephones, we have many times more data consumption and despite their control by the user.This problem I tried to address at the call center where I after several switching and repeatedly identifying that it would be best to buy a larger data package :-). Of course, this solution is not suitable for us, so I forced to switch to "techniques". The Master, who has dealt with our problem, found the following in his expert view of the system:
1) we have high data consumption on the given number
2) We use iPhone X
3) This works with iOs
and that's all :-))).
Really amazing 20 min. on phone.
I had a great time and I am applying for a technician at the call center O2 :-).
