Good place, ongc main building, i visit for internship in ongc

Good place but the drivers of the employees Park improperly. This makes trouble for the vehicles to go, specially for cars.

Oil COMPANY MUST DECREASED PETROL, DIESEL AND DOMESTIC GAS CYLINDER PRICES AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. WE PEOPLE ARE SUFFERING PRICE hike ON DAILY BASIS. HEAVY TAXES AND DUTY ON OUR SHOULDERS. WE CAN'T BEAR SO MUCH UNNECESSARY BURDEN. BECAUSE INTERNATIONAL PRICES ARE DOWN BUT IN INDIA. ALL PETROLEUM PRODUCTS ARE MUCH COSTLIER. PUBLIC ARE SUFFERING from daily price hikes.

Oil and natural gas corporation limited (ONGC) is the one of the best oil and gas company in India.Ahmedabad is also important asset like all other asset. Avani Bhavan ONGC is the place where all the office work regarding the ahmedabad asset are managed. Very strict security is maintained here. If you are the intern then first of all you have to collect the gate pass otherwise you are not entertained here.. same for the visitors.All over the morning atmosphere is gorgeous. All the facilities like canteens, Rest rooms for the ongc worker are provided in the avani bhavan. The rates of canteens are also affordable. Behind the Avani Bhavan there's a big ground where all the activities are carried out like outdoor games and excercise. if you got a chance to do the internship here then must go for it. One of the most important place for the "Petroleum Engineers". All the other department like Institute of Reservoir Studies (IRS) , Well logging department, Well stimulation Service department are near from this Avani Bhavan. Intern are also allowed for the breakfast and dinner in Avani Bhavan canteen. To the left side of Avani Bhavan there's a nice guest house where you can get the tasty and healthy food and there's also compensation for ONGC members. Avani Bhavan is in the City so there's no trouble for hostels, you can easily get a PG or hostels near that area. All over the great experience.

Very bad place with no organised timings. I was here for my summer training and had to wait the entire day to get just the gate pass.

It is ONGC office. ONGC deals in exploration & development of crude oil field. It is one of the essential service for govt. Of India.
ONGC does loads of CSR activities in the near by regions
