Very professional customer service and always polite

You would think they would have a common gas hose for a lawn mower during the summer. They said but we did have plenty. But no one had checked it for a while. I noticed a couple of other things they were out of that people use a lot of. The store was very clean inside and out

I purchased a Ferris IS600 zero turn riding mower from them last week. I had seen the TV advertising as well as had several friends tell me I should consider one of these mowers because of their "Suspension System". Well...I mowed my property...3-acres and the mower wasn't anything like all the hype regarding it. This is not a commercial mower even though they claim it is...but does have a commercial grade engine...Kawasaki 23hp. Beyond that it seemed a bit bouncy. It was much lighter than my former Scag Tiger Cub but was overall just mediocre. I should have been able to simply drive to a nearby Lowe's or Home Depot for one of these.

I bought a chain saw from these folks a couple of years ago. Their service is top notch. I have to buy a string trimmer soon, and it will be from this place!

I recently bought a Ferris IS2100Z zero-turn mower at O'Connors in September, ta king advantage of the discounts. Kevin O'Connor helped me find the one that was right for me. He answered all my questions, yet did not pressure me in any way. In fact, it was a very pleasant buying experience. He even let me demo a unit in the parking lot. I came back a week later and made the purchase.

When I came to pick up my new mower the next day, it was all ready to go with my new mulching kit installed. The Customer Service team was very helpful, helping me load it on my trailor and answering all my questions on care and service. They even gave me a free Ferris hat.

Overall, I liked shopping at O'Connors and would recommend it to a friend.

Finally, I recommend the Ferris IS2100Z commercial grade zero-turn mower to everyone. I bought the 52-inch with the B&S 810 Vanguard engine. This mower has the four-wheel independent suspensions and rides like a dream. I can cut my lawn 3Xs faster than with my 48-Inch lawn tractor. Getting the higher-end suspension is well worth the extra money, as is the larger engine, especially since I mulch my grass, and like to cut my 1.5 acres fast. My time is valuable, and it will probably outlast the low-end series of Ferris. I am very happy that I chose Ferris, and this model.

This is a very good place to shop for special lawn needs. Ppl here are very helpful and knowledgeable better than home depot and Lowe's. They truly solve your lawn problems. Love it.

Rick in the sales was extremely helpful when purchasing a Stihl chainsaw. There prices were actually better than big box stores. They even put gas in the saw and tested it before I took it home. You just don t find customer service like that anymore. It s also great to keep business local and help out our local economy. I ll be a loyal customer for all my high end purchases from now on!

Came here right at close. Did not realize they closed at 5. No one grreeted us when we arrived. Rather than say they are about to close they turned out the lights and headed out the door. Couple employees actually passed by us. Never said a thing and just watched us leave. Not even a sorry didnt realize you were here. Have never shopped here and now I never will. Very poor customer service. Definitely felt unwanted as a customer.

20 year old Honda mower has been serviced by O'Connor's for a long time. Every time the mower has had issues, Chris Evans and his staff have been wonderful to deal with. If it isn't right, they will make it right.

I bought a mower with them for thousands of dollars. I don't expect free service after the sale but Christ, the people are rude, the service is lousy and if you do want to actually pay them to do something (at a very healthy premium I might add) then they are always a month away from being able to help. I know when I'm being blown off and I will never deal with these people again. They have lost my business and I hope they lose yours too. Rude, Rude, Rude

Don't go here a lot but when I can't find parts for my Ferris they are my go to shop. I will probably buy my next Ferris from them they have good sale prices on them off season.

Excellent knowledge of all products. Very easy to do business with. Quality of service not yet tested. Being in business this long must have a decent service department. I'm a return customer.

A little on the pricey side, but they have parts that other local dealers do not sale.

Purchased a 30" walk behind Toro from O'Connor's. The motor went bad and was replaced immediately. Everyone at O'Connor's that I had contact with were very professional and helpful. O'Connor's is a great place to do business with.

Pour service from the parts department. No follow ups or call backs and still waiting for part. Excellent mowers but bad customer service.

Bought a walk behind mower, salesperson (i believe one of the owners) barely had the time to help me and answer questions....pretty short and to the point. Check-out person the same way, short and to the point. The ONLY person who took the time to really help and explain the machine was the guy from service who helped me load the mower. Maybe he should be up front and the others back in the back....

Buy from O'Connors at your own risk. Never have anything serviced there.

Just spent 5 to 10 waiting on the parts department to answer the phone. Gave up. So much for customer service!

Customer service is one of the worst. Their customer service is equivalent to walmarts. Ive now spent over $5k in their store with a zero turn, two different push mowers, a blower, an edger, and some other random odds and ends like weed killer, machetes, oil, etc.

Every time i walk in there, they act like im some little kid and just ignore me. several times, ive walked in stood around for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come help me, and some older person walks in, and within 30 seconds, they walk over to them first.

Also, they have no demo models!!!!! so you better know from just the eye popping colors of the machine that it will be what you want. And if you get it home and try it, and dont like it, too bad, they just made money, but u cant return it for something different.

Their online website claims one price and then when you get in-store, its more, just because they have put a couple screws in for you., like $100 or more difference.

Dont go there if your under 30, they will treat you like garbage!!

Recently purchased a push mower from Mr. O'Connor. After a few uses, the bag was not catching efficiently. I took it in last week, was promptly helped, they realized the bag was faulty, tested it out, and gave me a replacement for free no questions asked. Pays to buy local.

Never received a call notifying my Ferris was done. People are friendly, job ran bout $30.00 over what I Thor would be. But; on a more poss. note, I love the ferris.

Really nice and friendly stuff. They took me right in for delivery. They don't have overnight parking. Across street is some closed store i dont know if overnight parking is allowed there.

Can't get anyone in parts to help. One goes on lunch while you are waiting in line and the only other guy working is stuck on half speed. 5 others wondering about don't seem willing to help. This is why ordering online is winning.

I went into O'Connor's Lawn & Garden last week to purchase a commercial riding lawnmower. I was really impressed with the amount of knowledge the sales representative had on the product. He was able to answer every question and also give me information on other brands that i was considering. The whole buying process took less than 30 minutes. I purchased the Ferris 600Z. It was delivered the next day. The delivery guy went over every detail with me before he left. O'Connor's is the best place to buy a mower. I was really impressed with the customer service and the overall knowledge of the staff. This is the best place to buy a mower in Oklahoma. By the way the Ferris 600z is amazing. Nice even cut and plenty of power. Good Job O'Connor's.....

Got mine in for spring service early...beat the rush.

Nice place but if you need a riding lawn mower you may want to skip it. Not much selection at least for the non commercial mowers.

So far my experience has not been very good. I usually do not write reviews. Buying the mower was easy but when we had to take it in for service they said it would be two weeks. We are now starting week four. I was told after two weeks that they had not even looked at it. Now they are waiting on a part. I don't know what I should do. If they are not going to get to it as quickly as they say they should at least keep you posted so you can decide if you want to take it somewhere else.

Dealed with this group of great people for about 15 years. Came in a few minutes before close many times. They still joke about that . Love Oconners

I just had my blower serviced at O'Connors. They are great. When I moved here 10 year ago and had to buy lawn equipment, my neighbors all said O'Connors is the only place to go. They were right. Fantastic service.

We have been customers for gosh maybe 25 years or longer. All our lawn and garden equipment is from O'Conner. 5 riders and a couple of push. Also a brush cutter and weed eaters. Just purchased a Chipper and another chain saw. NEVER HAD AN ISSUE THAT THEY DID NOT FIX IN A HURRY. GREAT PEOPLE and products. Rick helps me these days and he knows what I am an doing and I just buy what he recommends for a short discussion. On the last chain saw, a small one, I asked Rick, which one do you have and then said that is the one I want!!! Tell them yours needs and their recommendation will work for you.

My experience was not the best?
I called and got a hold of Bridget the Internet sales person, I asked her if I ordered a zero turn mower today could I have it by Friday. She said "YES", if you order before 9:00 we will ship it today. I said let s do it! We completed the sales and she said I would receive an email of the sale and then I would get tracking info later that day. I received the bill of sales, but not the tracking info? I called Tuesday around 1 o'clock pm and asked about it. She said no it didn't ship out today but it will ship on Wednesday. I said as long as I get it on Friday! So Wednesday evening I called again and she said it was being put on a truck right now. Thursday morning, no tracking info? I called again and she said it would ship today and couldn't be sure if it would be here by Friday? She checked with the carriers and said "ok, I have found a carrier that will ship it but they will not call prior to delivery". I said ok I will take the day off and wait for it. Friday morning comes and I receive a call from Bridget saying that she is trying to get it delivered today, but it may be Saturday. I took a day off work for no reason? Originally she said they didn't deliver on Saturday? Saturday around 1:00 the truck pulled up and delivered my mover.

This was a frustrating experience and I probably won't purchase from this store again.

I have been purchasing equipment from O'Connors for years including mowers, chain saws, trimmers, edgers and blowers. I have always found them to be knowledgeable, competitive on price, and their service and parts department to be competent. When I am looking to purchase this type of equipment, they are the first place I go to because of their knowledge of not only their product, but of others.
