They should put something to cover us from the sun in this time of Covid-19. The Sun is Unbearable. After that the Service is Excellent, Good Attentions.

Always crowded BUT the lines go pretty quick, just be patience.

The worst place to renew a drivers license. It took 2 hours. I came prepared with the application and supporting documentation. They have you get on 3 different lines. A line to review your paperwork, another line to take a photo and review your paperwork, and a 3rd line to take an eye exam, review the paperwork yet again just to pay. No reason for this. I will go to Manhattan the next time. Much faster there.

No one ever answers the phone and customer service is so slow is worst then an airport or any local service is crazy you are there for hours

Long lines and poor instructions. Security could use training on how to speak to the public.

In spite of the restrictions related to COVID-19, I was able to walk up and surrender my plates without an appointment or any hassle. Took about 5 minutes to complete!

Try to get someone who speaks English to start. After waiting a 1/2 on line to get the forms only to find out the idiot gave me the wrong forms. Wasted over an hour & forget trying to speak to a supervisor. Now I have to drive to Westchester.

Needs to be organized by an outside company. They are not expressing social distancing

Some of the people working at the entrance door were very rude. They should know how to serve guests. Never going there again!!

One must make a reservation to enter. Social distancing protocols are in place, and hand sanitizer is readily available. You must wear a mask. Protective partitions separate you from DMV personnel. Service was fast. I went in for an enhanced license, and it only took 15 minutes.
