Avoid Like The Plague!!
The worst example of eating out I ve ever experienced. The food came out cold and we had to wait an hour for the starter.
But this was just the start of what was an awful experience.
When clearing the table the staff spilt an oil based sauce spilt over me, which ruined my clothes.
The manager, Steve Newman, promised to resolve the situation. But when I returned the following day they refused to accept responsibility and resolve the situation to a satisfactory standard.
I asked for their insurance details on various occasions, but they refused to give them to me.
This is the worst example of customer service I ve ever experienced. We all make mistakes, but it s how we rectify them that is most important.
Disgraceful disregard to the disability act- not allowing an assistance dog into their venue.
Expect solicitors letters and LOTS of negative publicity. Good luck with that.
