poor customer service and unreliable information about the delivery date; when placing the order, visible information is when the order should be finalized in order to receive it the next day. after placing the order on the day on which the parcel is to be delivered, it turns out that the goods are damaged and the delivery date is "approximate and not guaranteed"; I received a rebate proposal for a faulty product and delivery via uber, the costs of which (over the costs of courier packages already paid for) I have to cover myself.

My wife is shopping at this company for our children. This store is distinguished from others by its high quality. Clothes do not shrink after a few washes, the colors do not fade. But another very good feature of this company is the individual approach to the customer. Keep up the good work!

Only wonders not available in chain stores. Prices may not be the lowest but the designs and quality are fantastic. Personally, I prefer less and better.
