I can't say most about this place, my first experience dealing with a temp agency and it's horrible. The communication is horrible, they don't feel that they are who should help you look for employment once your contract is up, not good pay, recruiters don't reach out to you because they "have many clients" to deal with. They don't care how you're treated at jobs, they will stop dealing with you and could care less about your bills, family, and time. Horrible place, I know someone else who worked with them and the place she was working at told her that her hair was too strong and all she had in it was coconut oil and was asked to leave work. When she went to her recruiter about it her recruiter cash apped her money to get new shampoo. Are you serious! You don't treat people that way, this agency will not defend you unless you look a certain way if you know what I mean. I wouldn't deal with this agency unless it's your last resort honestly.

Great firm and several galaxies above in quality and results in comparison to the rif raff like Apex, Insight and the other misleading firms out there. They found me a job before the pandemic and helped me convert to full time at a technology firm. Highly recommend working with Pat.

Nu-West Group Impactful...for my family's life and our greater NW community. The Company and I have been intertwined since early 2000's. I found Erin and Sean Kelly and many others to be attentive , inciteful and bordering on human resource genius's especially on proper position placements. I give five stars as a Registered Nurse with 35 years of service and counting.

Worked for this company one month, as an agency nurse, they issued me a faulty check that bounced when I deposited it causing my bank account to over draft, their payroll department is very rude, my first Check was 6 weeks late, I drove 60 miles to get the paper check after working a 16 hour shift and the check bounced, this is not your standard agency with after hours support, if your account is in the negative on.a weekend no one will respond till Monday, for the most part huge miscommunication amongst the team members, they barely have clients to work for as an RN, some of the lowest rates compared to other agencies, I strongly encourage experienced RN's who care about their reputation and sanity not to work for this company as you will not only have to work as a nurse , but you will have to be your own payroll , you will have to chase them down and make sure your getting paid, you will have to follow up on confirmations for work, if something happens at your assignment or your lost or there is a issue , you cannot call them for help if it isn't business hours, The need for nurses in this state is high The illegal activities that is the basis of this company is unacceptable, wish I could give a negative rating

I am very impressed with my experience with NuWest Group mainly with Kathy Ferrero Senior Recruiter. I was in the process of transitioning from active duty to being a civilian after being military for 13 years. While I was in my transition Kathy had contacted me in a very professional manner wondering if I was looking for a civilian job. Her timing couldn't have been any more perfect, because at the time I was worried of how to even start looking for a civilian job. Kathy assisted me through the whole process by guiding me through every step. I have reached out multiple times to Kathy for different questions/concerns and she has never let me down. Kathy is absolutely amazing I can't emphasize that enough! She definitely sets the standard at NuWest. I am forever grateful with her helping me get my first civilian job and I look forward to working with her in the future. Thanks again!

I am able to find the job very fast. My interview was schedule by Pat. He is very quick in terma of scheduling the interview and releasing the offer letter.

Noah was transparent and worked hard for my best interest for my contract. He was available at all hours, text/email/phone. He provided me with timely, accurate, efficient information and answers to questions. If he was not aware of the answers, he would find the answer and reach back out to me as promised. As nurses, we are expected to be honest, fair, and accountable. We in return as Travel RNs expect the same from our recruiters. Nuwest is blessed to have Noah on their team.

Horrible recruiting agency who discriminated against me because I m pregnant. After I found out I m pregnant and couldn t receive the varicella vaccine and they knew they wouldn t be getting anything in their pocket, they completely turned their back on me. This was after waiting a month to work because compliance messed up on my other vaccine before I knew I was pregnant. I should have done my research on this company. Do not trust NuWest. Even after I told them I was pregnant and it was dangerous to receive that vaccine SeanKelly still had the Audacity to ask me if I still wanted to get it. Unbelievable. It s been a week and they still have not tried to help me find another opportunity elsewhere. Thank goodness I found a job a few days ago. Shame on this company and if they recruit you through a job search, bite your tongue and ignore them!!!!

This is my first time working with NuWest group and overall my experience has been great . My recruiter SeanKelley has been very informative , professional, reliable, and very personable throughout this whole process all key factors I feel that contribute to being a good contracting house . I was however a little surprised they required multiple online proficiency testing given I m fully certified within my medical discipline , however I do understand they want to assure top talent is provided to whomever they contract out with . Aside from that detail which would have been nice to know ahead of time , the experience has been positive .

NuWest is the best agency I've worked for. I'm especially appreciative of my recruiter, Olivia. She was always very responsive by phone and email. She placed me at a great biotechnology company and I'll miss working with her since a new agency will be taking over. Don't listen to the negative reviews on here. NuWest is very professional and helpful. The staff operates with high integrity!

Lady was washing her dishes, stated she didn t read my resume, asked my full name and social, and did not know much about nursing. I would not trust them with a plastic spoon.

My experience with NuWest is that they rarely answer the phone and are not particularly interested in calling you back. They were not pleasant to work for.

Their service is not efficient nor good. They ask you to fill out tons of private information before they interview you, which can take you at least 30 minutes to review all the contract content unless you don't care what you put your signature for. Each recruiter seems pretty nice, but you can't tell if they are honest to you or they want to help you. I met a recruiter who said she is gonna email me more information about a job position, but I never heard back from her. I emailed her and left voice messages, but she never replied. I feel frustrated to give her a lot of my private information like health records, tax info...etc and she just disappeared. It's an easy answer if they can help me or not, but she seems not care about the job seekers. I met recruiters from other services, and they wouldn't promise you something and then disappear. An efficient and good career service also ask you to provide them private documents after they interview you and think you are qualified. It can save both candidate and company's time. This experience is not pleasant and I am not the only one who feel the same way. Overall, I don't recommend Nuwest.

Very happy working with Nuwest. They have consistently placed me with jobs that fit my time requirements so that I can keep advancing my career. Their office staff are great- paperwork and payroll are a breeze.

SeanKelly made my experience with Nuwest a great one. She listened to my needs and long-term plans and was able to place me in a role that was perfect for my situation! She was kind and supportive and very available/responsive. No complaints about my experience with Nuwest and SeanKelly!

I have worked with this company a few times over the past 3 years and I am always very pleased with the results. They are fast, courteous , and always provide me with good options of employment to choose from. I love working with SeanKelly specially , she is a joy to talk to and always so helpful. 10/10 Recommend for any MA looking for temporary or temp to perm employment .

No one answers the phone after multiple attempts and emails- what is up with this company?

NuWest is the most efficient company to work for, they offer great advise and select a great range of opportunities for employment. They find a fit that works for you and they keep in touch with the great staff that you are teamed with. I worked with a Chelsea Pascoe whom was a phenomenal recruiter and helped me with not only great pay, but a great fit to stay employed. I am very grateful for her kindness and the ability to read my energy and look for a place that was perfect! Thank you Chelsea and Nuwest for helping me on my new start in Seattle!!!!

My recruiter Nate truly cares about me and frequently checks in to make sure I'm okay. NuWest has gone to bat for me and believes in my skills and adaptability. I've been with them for almost a year and have become fiercely loyal. I was in Seattle with them for 8 months on a covid contract and now have been on a crisis contract in Montana that has just been extended. All the managers of the facilities I've worked for have been so impressed with the nurses NuWest has sent. With other companies I've felt like a number or a dollar sign, but Nuwest remembers me and Nate asks me for updates on my dad who has been sick. I feel cared about with NuWest.

I had a great experience with Kathy, who was very helpful & responsive in helping me find a new job! The interview process was set up smoothly and the position aligned much better with my career goals, compared to my previous employment.

NuWest was able to find me a employment in the Greater Seattle area extremely quickly and they've been great to deal with whenever I've needed things cleared up.

Regrettably, I'm very displeased with this agency. Given my long standing professional career in the PNW, I'll be sharing with many my overall experience with NuWest. I was recruited and encouraged to take a role that is with a great organization and team, but the role is not appropriate given my professional experience. There is no opportunity for advancement and has created significant concern around my professional and financial growth. They didn't negotiate my salary and I took a $12K pay cut. I filled this very similar role 6 years ago. I feel they are motivated to place candidates quickly to obtain recruitment fees. As I look back at the experience, I was called daily to ensure I didn't lose interest and they continually told me the benefit of the role and how I would be perfect for the role. The benefit has been more about the agency's benefit. So I'll be sharing my experience across my professional network. Not the agency to seek recruitment services. The organization I'm with is great, but I'm concerned that I'm not in the correct role and does not reflect my professional / leadership path I've been. Very disappointed and frustrating. Thanks

As a seasoned travel nurse with over 20 years of nursing experience, I very rarely find a company who makes me feel like I m genuinely valued. I rarely leave reviews but this one is much deserved. Dan, Grace and the NuWest crew have blown me away with their professionalism and attentiveness. During such tumultuous times it s refreshing to have a team who is working so hard to provide comfort and stability to us frontline workers. Many companies claim to be nurse friendly but few show it. NuWest is definitely one of the few. From the very minute of engagement I was made to feel like family. Thank you NuWest for providing a silver lining in a very dark time. If it wasn t for you there would be a lot less to celebrate this holiday season (and this year as a whole).

The people there are nice but can do nothing for you when your being mistreated from the job they sent you to and don't really have a care in the world when you tell them what was going on and what happened.

I had a wonderful experience working with Nuwest Group. They were extremely professional and helpful. I moved to another state and they helped with finding me a role in an organization and were along the way for anything I needed help. They always responded super fast to my needs. I definitely can say I was on good hands with them
