I called in trouble because my Nuvo water softener...

I called in trouble because my Nuvo water softener cap had broken and my water was turned off. It was a Friday and to get one it was either buy a whole new unit or call and see if I could get one from Nuvo. I called and Tyler (A super nice young lady) answered and was very helpful in getting me hooked up with Jacob at their warehouse where I was able to meet there and Jacob walked it right to my truck.
I have worked in customer service for more than 30 years and must say Tyler and Jacob were top notch service oriented and left me very highly satisfied. Thank you kindly!
