I've been very happy with my NuvoH2O since it went into service in March 2018. West Texas water tends to be hard, & having had some experience with water softener systems that require regular flushing with water & salt. It's a help never to need to wrestle heavy salt bags & use more precious water to clear the system. The Nuvo citrus refill cartridges keep lime deposits off my fixtures with minimum effort on my part.
