I love this law firm. Everyone is friendly and nice, however one lawyer stood out among all others. S. Berman was friendly and kind, he is a genius in his craft, although he is little pricy. I commend his expert skills in dealing with my case, I will use him again if needed.

I m sure this a decent firm, however, myself and a few people I know have had difficulty with one particular lawyer at the firm, W. Kirchick. Without getting into specifics I can tell you dealing with him is quite miserable. The experience I ve seen is that he is rude to his clients, their family and employees of the family. Personally, I ve had a great deal of experience with trusts and the lawyers that come along with them in my career. For such a highly rated trust lawyer I ve never seen such behavior - firing off accusatory emails to family and care givers, paying staff (bills of the trust) late, and he is exceedingly rude when you try to take care of whatever demands he s sent for today. The only good thing about him is his assistant, Trish. Otherwise I ve never seen anything like his behavior in my life. If you go with this firm avoid Kirchick, I m sure there are lawyers there with much better skills and are reasonable with their clients.
