New wing surprisingly looks like a shopping centre more than a hospital.

Visited on May 15 2020 - There was a Chinese doctor (fully clad in his blue uniform) who was not wearing a mask, casually chatting up his friends and family in the court yard that you see right after you enter Lobby A. I was on the way to the main pharmacy to collect medicine, and when I came out afterwards more than half an hour later, he was still there, still in his uniform, still without a mask, casually not giving a damn about the very circuit breaker rules that he as a medical professional should be enforcing and adhering to. And not one of the staff / nurses who walked by the guy had the awareness or perhaps the guts to point this out to him. Disgustingly unprofessional, I am speechless.
Extremely high level of professionalism shown to my mother and me by all staff of NUH from nurses, doctors, therapists, porters and radiographers etc. I was very touched by the level of dedication and care that was given to my mother during her stay there after her lung surgery at NUH. A highly recommended hospital in Singapore. Many thanks to everyone at NUH!!You guys are one hell of a great team. Here is wishing you all success and many many more great years into the future.
Worst hospital for A&E . If you have serious case and need to go A&E please don t go NUH . Choose other hospital. You can even die in waiting for registration . I can understand waiting but you will not know the status what you are waiting for . I have experiences waiting results and to see doctor from 9:00 pm to 5:00 am . But I can see doctor one time and I choose to take CT scan and after that read by one staff . That ll.
See the emergency department, the doctors and nurses are all professional and loving.
A sometimes crowded but excellent new hospital, with great staff and all facilities a hospital should have. There are even cafes and food outlets either within or adjacent to the hospital. The MRT station is under the hospital as well.
