Visited on May 15 2020 - There was a Chinese doctor (fully clad in his blue uniform) who was not wearing a mask, casually chatting up his friends and family in the court yard that you see right after you enter Lobby A.

I was on the way to the main pharmacy to collect medicine, and when I came out afterwards more than half an hour later, he was still there, still in his uniform, still without a mask, casually not giving a damn about the very circuit breaker rules that he as a medical professional should be enforcing and adhering to.

And not one of the staff / nurses who walked by the guy had the awareness or perhaps the guts to point this out to him. Disgustingly unprofessional, I am speechless.
