I had an average experience with nuevo. The customer service was decent, but the products were nothing special. I wouldn't rave about them, but I also wouldn't discourage anyone from giving them a try.

If you are looking for lighting, Nuevo is the brand to go for! They are expensive to some degree, but you are still getting the quality of the name brands for the fraction of the price. Their recent collection of Mid century designs, loungers and sofas are also well built.

Absolute disregard about their customers. Would not shop here even if I was paid to do so. Our furniture has been DELAYED not once, not twice, not thrice, but FOUR times. We have waited four months for a delivery, which gets getting postponed. While they have nice options for furniture, you can go ANYWHERE else for it. Whatever they sell, look somewhere else.
