Just went there to apply VISA so didn't use any facility in this building much.

Representative offices submit visas instead of tourists.

Parking is not convenient. The narrow alley is a bit difficult. But near the BTS and subway stations Traveling by public transport is very convenient.

Very expensive car park. The street is under construction. VFS global occupies the whole plot.

In the center of Bangkok you cannot find a more congenial place for office home swimming pool restaurant work gym

Waited no more than a few minutes for lifts each time.
British Passport renewed in just 1.5 weeks.
As long as you have all your paperwork in order it's a very quick service.
There's a coffee place in the lobby if you arrive too early like I did.
Can't fault it

Come for the first time, it will be a little confusing.

Easy access to Sukhumvit Boulevard by foot. This is a multi-purpose building with many people from India and the Middle East.

Located in Soi Sukhumvit 13 Is a building not small, not large People will be very active. Because it is a representative office in many countries such as England, Australia, etc. Convenient transportation, BTS down to Nana station, walk a little. If you drive by yourself, go down to Ploenchit Nuea, turn left to Sukhumvit Soi 1, then see the alley sign. The parking building is next to the building. Parking can only be on the 5th floor. Card pump in the building, free parking for 2 hours

Crowded base to VFS global visa application centres for many countries.

Went for passports for my kids. Very nice efficient staff. Quite rare in Thailand

came here last week. very old and worn out building. everything is very expensive. avoid at all cost!

To make a Schengen visa, easy to find, orderly, not crowded with official people.

We were submitting a visa. Have many times before. Stay away from the Visa agent on the ground floor directly to the right of the ground floor door when walking in. They also run the other one diagonally to the left as walking in. They told us they were registered visa agents for summit Australian visas and they made a whole lot of promises that were just not true. I had done visas myself 4 times before and these people didn't even believe that travel health insrance needs to be taken out and evidence provided in the visa. There were many other things they had no idea about or were just making up stuff about.

UK, AUSTRALIA, CANADA section is combined and quickly served. Problem is that u cannot find the section because the signs are difficult to find and for disabled persons it's a long trek. The staff good, the room pleasant and new

This mall has been transformed into a immigration center. From the bottom to the top, every business has been transferred to a visa specialist shop.
Never seen anything like it. But they deliver.

The sign inside the building makes it impossible to understand the 5th floor. The elevator is open for use only.

Difficult about parking for those who come in contact because they need to park up on the 5th floor only.

THE 28th floor is the home of VFS Global. This company handles visa services for the Australian, British and Canadian embassies. The staff are very efficient in funneling and coralling batches of visa seekers into the one stop lift, through the electronic scanner security and into the very large main room. On all my visits to VFS Global there was at least 300 people in the room clutching their wads of papers and filled out forms . You are given a number which is announced over a loud speaker in a clear voice and the wait was surprisingly short given the large number of applicants for their visas. The numerous booths are manned by extremely well trained and helpful staff. There is a scanning service on tap for anything you may have forgotten at a cheap price. Dealing with officialdom is never an enjoyable process but I feel VFS makes it as painless as possible.

Good, but not the same as visiting a real embassy. You can't ask the same questions. You are just being processed!

I hope you never have to go the the VFS there. Useless staff, absolute incompetence.

Nice and clean all around, except the horrible toilet on g floor

Quite a messy and disorganised place. The visa section is a miserable police station style experience

Trendy is a building with mixed use. Part of it is an office building including the visa section for the commonwealth countries. There are also restaurant like the Old German Beerhouse and others. There are shops, pool bars as well as massage places.
Yet the largest part of the building are condos.

Has Australian embassy and so many other country embassies. Also there are visa agents every where there. Be careful who you choose as prices vary wildly.

Expensive parking fee. We went for Australia visa which took more than an hour to finish but we gat a stamp only for 1 hr.
