the worst in management, never book without recor...

the worst in management, never book without recording your booking, staff had no training how to deal with Hotel Guest, hospitality is the worst.....reservation team is a miss and the general manager does not care, had no idea about Customer service.
I have a requested an email to the main office/owner to put a complaint and no one including the general manager reply to my emails.
Owners/share holders need to be aware of how is this place managed!!
It is a shame to have this nice location managed by this current manager.
