Very pleasant staff, you have to take a shuttle a few minutes to get to the beach. HOWEVER, the catering is not of high quality.

In the resorts its 5 star but outside the tourist area, Bali has so much garbage and plastic scattered everywhere. A culture change amongst locals is greatly needed to care for their amazing environment

The hotel staff is very friendly especially Mbakuna, the check-in process is also fast, the welcome drink is good, the room is good, the b'fast is good, thanks novotel Nusa Dua ...

The food is excellent, with theme nights and great food, the apartments are large and comfortable and the pool is spectacular. The hotel is located in Nusa Dua, which is a modern town and clean but a bit 'monotonous. However it is close to major roads that allow you to move very smoothly.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. The facilities were so excellent. I am so happy to stay here!

Excellent. Big and clean room. Great swimming pool. Got a place for kids to play around. Suitable for family travelers. Staff are nice and friendly. Area around the area is quiet and exclusive for the resorts. There are free shuttle buses to the nearest beach and shopping center.

This is a high class resort and the staff are very professional.
Only being able to speak English is ok as the staff can accommodate for that.
The rooms are spacious and any issues are resolved instantly by the concierge services.
There is a large pool with activities. This resort also has an area for children.
The entire resort is very family friendly.
A shuttle service is offered hourly to the beach and the nearby shipping centre.
The staff are more than willing to help with any needs you may have. It is a great place to unwind and relax.

The slightly exotic concept to modern is also simple

Stayed for 10 nights and had a great time. Simple resort but felt very cozy and comfortable. We would happily come back and recommend to our friends!!!

For family vacations with children under 5 years of age, the facilities may not be too complete, especially the pool for children is too small and there are no water toys for children. Suggestions for a large pool might be to add water toys for children such as water slide etc., like other 5 star hotels. But for a family vacation with children over 5 years, maybe this place is one of the hotels that can be tried. The rooms are pretty good, staff service is also good for local and foreign guests. For eating not too varied, you might need to add variety. Thanks

Quite place and complete hotel facilities for family vacation

Beach was clean but it is far and not connected with the hotel so you can use the provided shuttle from the hotel every 15 mins. Unless you prefer a 15 mins walk to go to the beach. They also provide shuttle to nearby plaza bali collection if you want to shop or dine outside the hotel. Plenty of restaurant and retail store there. The hotel is kids friendly, their kids club is great and they also have a nice outdoor children playground. The kids pool is quite small though

Great hotel in Nasa Dua, very friendly and well trained staff provide a high level of service who will help with any issue. Hotel has large decorative Balinese themed swimming pool with beach bar accessible via shuttle bus which takes approx 5 mins from hotel lobby (run every 15 mins). Prices for drinks and food are a little high but what you would expect for a 5 star hotel in Nasa Dua. Is very close to numerous cheaper restaurants on strip outside of Nasa Dua complex with average meal prices being 60 -90 Indonesian Rupiah, which are approx 5 min walk away

Good hotel area is commercially bulit for tourists. Dozen of high end hotels surround it. Short shuttle ride to beach not on beach front view. Property relatively high end. Get a good deal with breakfast(good choice with made to order omlettes) then the hotel is worth it. Restatuarants good but suggest near by 5 min walk to troprical or mai mai. Or one of the local warung (local cafe) raja warung back entrance turn right and first left at main junction. Few niggles with room but management very good and resolved. Staff freindy. The two adjacent pools clean and well sheltered. Us Brits were the minority rest Asain and Ausies (all friendly). Plunge pool in garden fab kids loved it.

More hip bars and restaurants are all towards Seminyak or Blue point. Nusa dua better for families.

Nice hotel with kind staff specially Lea and Fortuna. They really have been helpful and found solution for little trouble we experienced.
I recommend this hotel for a couple or family to enjoy safe hotel with its huge swimming pool.

A good size 3 bedroom apartment hotel, well operated, considering it is a very old property, but yes it is a bit run down

Massage in SPA is very satisfying the therapist's service from the heart ...

Have stayed many times at this hotel, the most fun with family and children don't need to go anywhere, already at home here because the hotel has complete facilities and the shape of the resort is perfect for families and its location is close to Tanjung Benoa
