Good Hotel with friendly staff. Very goos open beach restaurants nearby. Lots of fishheads on the beach because there is also a fishermans port

Great stay, great food and service(which kinda depends on the shift). Overall nice place, just little bit far from all the sightseeing. If you're looking for quiet separated paradise, this is the right place.

Idyllic hotel in the Balinese style, beautiful garden, comfortable, spacious rooms, fine, well-kept sandy beach, warm water in the sea, nice pool with pool bar. As you imagine Bali.
Jimbaran is the quieter side, the nightlife and bustle are more in Kuta.

Not much or maybe even nothing to complain about. Our first stop on a 4 week bali trip. We came with two children and felt very welcome. The staff was superfriendly, the breakfast as well as the dinner tasty and reasonably priced. Nearby are some great Seafood BBQs. The beach is only a few steps away, the pool nice and spacious. The standard rooms were tidy and just large enough. Still, we couldnt find a downside. Absolutely recommendable.

Top facility. The four of us (with two children) had a villa with our own swimming pool and many extras, which we all really appreciated. We enjoyed the next two.

Overall, a very pretty and well-maintained complex with a magnificent garden. There is also a well-kept, beautiful beach right in front of the resort, where every evening a marvelous sunset can be admired. Our deluxe room was spacious and neatly decorated. Nearby (15 min walk to the beach) there are many simple but good fish restaurants where you can sit right on the beach with your feet in the waves. The biggest nuisance is the expensive, but only mediocre restaurant, the expensive bar (a beer is even more expensive than in Munich!) And the expensive but not very good spa area. In the resort even the Internet access costs four times as much as outside. After Kuta / Legian is about 20-45 minutes by taxi (about 50-60,000 Rp), depending on traffic conditions, and unfortunately not very good. The place Jimbaran has absolutely nothing to offer besides the fish restaurants on the beach and the sunset. Outside, on the grubby, unkempt, noisy and busy main street there is a small well-kept massage parlor where massages are offered for 100,000 Rp / hour. Conclusion: we liked the resort, we can recommend it, for the food you should go elsewhere.

Nice small hotel in the middle of Jimbaran beach. Everyday different amaizing sunsets. Close to beach restaurants on the sand with sea food. Recommend to find the fish market (in the north), buy it fresh, ask restaurant cook to prapare the fish and enjoy the food and the nature. Visited the place in January. Almost everyday rain but in combination with sun. What is really a problem is garbage coming from the ocean which is collecting everyday by locals.

One of our favorite places to stay in Bali. Lovely rooms with good balcony, great breakfast, friendly staff, very relaxing under the trees looking over Jimbaran Bay. Good dining on site or nearby if you feel like a stroll. Best for relaxation but not much action around.

Very comfortable hotel, beautiful garden with a collection of bonsai, access to the ocean, on the beach there are large shady trees instead of umbrellas. A wide strip of sand, everything is clean, regularly cleaned. Colonial style villas with original rooms that you need to get used to first, and then it gets really good. Extraordinarily friendly and instantly responding to all requests staff.

It was quiet like a resting place in the woods, and the garden was well-prepared. Conveniently connected to pool and beach. Staff is friendly too.

Very nice stay at Keraton! Would highly recommend this if you want to enjoy a less touristic place.

Nice pool/ beach and good food. In comparison the quality of the rooms was somewhat lacking and the they were quite dull (although the majority of time was spent outside). Not a huge deal to do other than swim or body-board considering that the sea was murky so a few days stay was a good amount of time

Good place , good service , rooms neat & clean , doors made of wood carving bt it's very old .need to replace. Provides water only 2 bottles of about 200ml.ina day for two persons.

A magical place, ideal to go to rest and read a book, a very nice attention, yes, those who fear the lizards (those small reptiles crawling on the walls) can cause some inconvenience, but unfortunately are part of the nature of Bali in general.

We were very pleased with the 6-day stay at keraton. Large breakfast buffet - with 2 chefs for scrambled eggs, omelettes, frenchtoast, etc. Genial !! Very well maintained pool area, beach very clean and unforgettable sunsets. staff is extremely friendly and attentive. All in all we were very satisfied and recommend it !!

Rooms are Balinese, cleaned daily, service at all inclusive good, beach is a dream, many wedding couples go there honeymooners and photos a day.

Ancient building with Indonesia architecture. It's nice for honeymooner and family to stay here, quite, beach atmosphere, sunset point view. But the breakfast for Bacon and Soto are little bit salty

We have a wonderful holiday there! The own restaurant is priced OK and really delicious! The pool was great and the staff was very friendly! The hotel was crowned by the breathtaking beach where the sun sets directly! A true dream.

Traditional vibe w great friendly staffs n service. I attended my best friend wedding n surprised w the food, it's one of best wedding feast I ever had. High recommend for a beach wedding party here if you have limited budged, but pls make sure the security to stand by for non invited beach visitors.

I had a very pleasant stay at Keraton. The place does not look like typical huge hotel but it has all its convenience. Room was large, clean and nice, room service was good, the laundry came out nicely smelling, breakfast was tasty and plenty. I particularly enjoyed the gardens which were very well maintained and a pool with pool bar. They had happy hours for both beach bar and pool bar. Food was good but a bit pricy and they charge 21% extra for tax and service, but there is a lot of restaurants just few minutes walk at the beach.

Beautiful place of relaxation endowed with a landscape and sublime nature

On behalf of my mother, who have had booked a room in Keraton Jimbaran Beach Resort hotel.

I booked a room in Keraton Jimbaran Beach Resort hotel for 5th till 12th of November through Booking com. The booking was done without possibility to cancel it. On 5th of November, we were flying to Denpasar from Bangkok with a transfer in Jakarta. At the airport of Jakarta, the Garuda Indonesia airline's employees informed us that Denpasar's airport is closed due to volcano eruption on the island near by Denpasar. All flights were cancelled for couple of days. We got in contact with the hotel and let them know that we were in Jakarta, but could not arrive because of unforeseen situation which was caused by a nature disaster. The manager of the hotel replied that they know about the volcano eruption and thanked us for the call. He informed us that he marked that we are cancelling the booking. Further, he asked me to cancelled the booking via website. The manager didn't inform us about any penalty. I thought, it was clear, that the cancellation happened not because I did not want to come anymore, but due to force majeure - volcano eruption!

At the end, after several days, the hotel withdraw the whole amount for booking from my credit card. I have tried to contact the hotel (via email and social media) to ask them to explain me this situation, but I didn't receive any reply. They just ignored me.

I think, this is unacceptable behavior of the management of this hotel. If there are other travelers, who happened to be in the same situation, they should share their opinion and protest against this kind of behavior. Those, who are planning to go to Bali, shouldn't book the room in Keraton Jimbaran Beach Resort hotel. Volcano eruptions are quite common in Indonesia, thus you are risking to face unscrupulousness and greediness of the hotel's management.

P.S.: At the moment of writing this post, there is -57% discount offer for booking in this offer. Thus the hotel could easily, without any loss for itself, to agree to return back at least half of the money. It is not a question of money anymore, but their attitude to their customers.

The hotel is beautiful and the gardens well kept, the sunset beautiful on the nearby beach, but the room was small, not always clean (sand on the floor which was not cleaned every day), bathroom dark and joints with mold. Staff not always pleasant, and cocktails served during happy hour are to be avoided!

The lobby and beach top the rest rather a flop from the rooms to the restaurant.

A beautiful hotel, with rooms opening into a lovely garden. The beach is much cleaner than round the corner in Kuta, and the pool bar is a great place to have a drink. Just down the beach are a wide range of seafood restaurants on the sand, don't miss them.

Absolute beach front hotel! Classic balinese style.

Place is wonderfull. Was there in the end of august, and everything was beyong expectations. Early check in was for free, room's floor was not very clean, but it was just due to tear and wear. Be ready that around 7 pm someone will ring the bell check if the bed is ok, if not, they will change it. The resorts garden is amazing... Great access to the beach. Free towels neae beach. 3 min walk from resort to atm (near farmacy where you also can buy water if you like for cheap.
Only one thing that we did not liked was the security. After we left the room for cleaning, staff forgot to close our room, and the door was unlocked... but thankfully nothing dissapeared.
Also forgot to mension that the breafast is very nice.
We liked our stay and would recommend it to everyone :)

Hotel was getting old. Breakfast is poor. 1 sausage and one kind of cheese. The Annanass has little flavor. No bananas and the juice tastes mixed

The area: The hotel is on a busy street that cannot be heard in the hotel, but the airport. Absolutely not suitable for walking looks like Pattaya. Sidewalk if usable only with hiking boots. Sidewalks blocked with vehicles.

Well the sea is dirty! bathe in the garbage! Yellow bag and bathtub people say this is the most beautiful beach here. Unfortunately, plastic collectors get their money's worth here.

Conclusion saves you time and money Bali is not worth a trip.

Balinese concept. you can see, feel & touch the pure Balinese essence. four stars resort by the beach, direct beach access. beautiful sunset, awesome beach. with very soft sand and calm water. you can swim further, very safe. canoe and sup is great here.

We were here to attend friends wedding party.
it was held on the beach front just before sunset.
the sunset is perfect and the hotel arranged beautiful ceremony and set up nicely dinning area (under the star and moon).
the performance of simple kecak dance is good enough.

The cleanliness leaves something to be desired. The pool bar in the middle of the pool is very nice. Wait until the last minute to book in order to have good rates. Otherwise make another choice

Very nice hotel. Bali-style rooms, even the doors to carved wood rooms, are spacious. Quite a large green area of the hotel, all in greenery, flowers and statues. Swimming pool with bar-area. Not perfect cleanliness in the room, but it is not annoying. In the kilometer zone of the airport, but the aircraft can not be heard.
