Excellent service and nice people ... cleanliness is plain apart from that a hady and comfortable hotel

Fantastic family holiday! Great resort fantastic pool and plenty of activities offered. Also a very good kids club. Very friendly and helpful staff nothing is too much to ask. There is a great gym and day spa there as well. I would highly recommend staying here.

A nice hotel in BTDC area (BTDC is a tourism complex located in Nusa Dua Area, where a lot of 5 stars hotel located in this area) it has a large garden with big trees inside of their building complex. The environment are nice, and suitable for relaxing. Their rooms are quite big if you choose the suite room.

We stayed here for eight nights and the stay was amazing.The vacation was also to celebrate a few events - my son's success in international competition and school, as well as my wife's birthday in advance. I had just requested the hotel to give some special surprise. I was highly impressed by Ms.Fortuna's creativity, involvement and interest in designing the welcome surprise for my son and wife - cake, balloons etc. and to top it all, a personalized card from the managment.That amazing start continued throughout with an amazing hospitality. Thank you Ms.Fortuna and Novotel for making this stay a memorable one.

the pool is nice clean the room is also good the bathroom is good the service is good

Stayed at the private residence for three nights. Didn't use the pool a single time since I went out to explore the island most of the trip, but the massive pool seems quite good for relaxing, although I didn't see the lounge chairs number would on par with the ratio of the resort guess. The room itself is pretty outdated, the sofas and tiles has seen better days. You may note that the resort doesn't have a private beach, but they kindly provide shuttle ride to the nearest beach every 15 mins.

It is just okay. Not great. Just okay. Will i come again? I'll try other places in Nusa Dua first before coming back here.

We booked a tour and our guide and car turned up very late but they were very sorry and went over and above to make it up to us. Gave us a discount on our tour and we stayed out longer. Then the next day they told us they organized a free 2 hour spa day for us as a sorry.

Very impressed on how they have made it up.

Our new driver "Gede" is also awesome and a good laugh.

Usual modern hotel but it has no access to the Beach, I stay in a convinience 3 bed room apartment concept, very good for family pleasure.

good experience, staff is very polite. just beware of money changers scam around that area.

Best hotel ive ever stayed at. Evryone is nice to you there are diffrent tipes of people but is verry busy. They have a bus that goes done to the beach and a bus that goes done to bali collection witch both arnt to far away. The beach is really good with lots of water activities to do. The pools are verry big and one has a basket ball ring, soccer nets and a vollyball net witch is really fun. There is a bar by the pool as well there is the restaurant right next to it, the food is nice there and have diffrent theme night some times. There are bikes you can hire for as long as you want. The rooms are verry nice with 2 or 1 bedrooms that has a view of most things, there is a spa,gym and massage place in the one building. There is olso kids clup for your kids if they or you want. Overall the best hotel it is close to evrything and would come hear again

The 1 bedroom is quite large, however the rooms air-conditioning was stuck at 25 which is too hot. Tech guys came and said that 21 is standard but the room temp does go below 25. Not very comfortable. Not only that the internet was faulty at arrival, was told that they have to replace the hardware which will be done tomorrow.
Update: they were quick to resolve all issues and quite happy with how polite all the people involved. However I could of liked the room a little colder.
One negative is the buffet dinner, we went to have a buffet at the restaurant near the pool and it was not worth it as the re were a lot more sauces than food selection.
But luckily found a place a few minutes walk from the hotel who make a mean nasi goreng ayam for a fraction of the cost of a buffet.
One the plus side, buffet breakfast was quite good.
Overall, the stay was very pleasant and has a shuttle to the beach every 15 minutes and to Bali Collection (shopping) every hour. Though both is a 10 minute walk.

We stayed in a very large room in the Novatel. The hotel is not far from the beach which is fine for us but still in a great location as you can walking outside you will find a few restaurants and also a couple of bars. Easy to get a taxi to go around the island as well but a bit expensive for the tourists. The room is self as all that you need and they give you two bottles of water complimentary every day to

Very relaxing resort with friendly staff. Rooms are a little dated.
Bathroom tiles, shower tiles, wooden shutters, windows all need a detailed clean.

What an awesome experience at Novotel. Kids club is excellent. Service was great and thoroughly enjoyed.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom room (through Accor) for 4 nights. The room was large and comfortable and we were very impressed. The pool was lots of fun and plenty of sunbeds for everyone.
We walked to the beach every morning, less than 10 minutes, which we enjoyed. Once at the beach we went for walks than had a swim and rested on sunbeds. Once again plenty of sunbeds. It was nice to receive a towel at the beach and not have to carry our own. Shuttles run from Novotel to beach and we usually caught one of these back to resort.
We didn't have any meals at Novotel, as we had a kitchen and found some great, cheap places out the back gate.
During our stay the International Financial Summit was on, so while resort was full there was virtually no-one around during the day (which we liked). The resort provided us with security tags that needed to be worn whenever we left the resort but that was no big deal.
The only negatives were that the resort advertised shuttles to Bali Collection (where we got grocercies) but when we arrived we were told this was not operating for the length of our stay. Far too hot to walk during day so we had to pay for a taxi. As it is an advertised service of the resort, they should have covered the taxi fare. They were happy to arrange taxi but payment left to us. Secondly it was my son's 16th birthday and while generally I would not expect anything, we have stayed at numerous Novotel's around the world on a family members birthday and they always provide a small cake or something to make you feel special - this was not done at Novotel Nusa Dua.
Apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice & peaceful, the hotel is atentative to all requests. Amenities are great too!

We had a wonderful time at Novotel Nusa Dua, with friendly, helpful and hospitable staff. A great accommodation with good facilities, a nice swimming pool and a beautiful beach.

Never stayed here, but went for dinner. The dinner was okay! Was expecting a little bit more. Was a bit disappointed.

The 3 bedroom apartment is spacious, nice to have a plunge pool and living space.

The kids club is great; Ayu & Indiana were amazing, so friendly, calm and we trusted them with our kids

The restaurant staff work very hard to keep it maintained and clean; a special mention to Michelle Ornasi, she brought some strawberries for my daughter and made her day! It s the little touches that this place does so well.
It s not a luxury 5 star resort, it does not have direct beach access, plus the food is average,
hence don t expect too much, for sure there are plenty of other high end luxury resorts, hence you pay more for them

It is awesome. The room and the service is excelent. It also provides a swimming pool for kids and adults. Its also near to the beach, you can go there by take a special bus for free around 5 minutes
