Novotel Nusa Dua Bali Review

My beautiful wife very happy to stay in this hotel. Our kids too! :)

If you don t have toddlers and don t drink coffee this place is good. The coffee is horrendous and not drinkable if you like black coffee you can taste the bitter burnt metallic taste. The kids club was ok. More for older kids. If you have under 3 then you need a nanny (byo or they can organise). There s not heaps to do for under 3s, more play toys like a toddler trike or car would be good. The pool is really big and great for older kids. Staff are nice but they found it hard to understand us, didn t understand our orders etc especially as one of us is gluten intolerant it was hard.. I get it, we are in another country. The rooms are great. Huge bed if you like a firm bed that s good however I didn t. We got a suite which was really nice and clean has everything you need, a microwave would have been great but not essential. The beach is a 5 minute bus ride and the shops is about 10. We went to the holiday inn for a day pass and the beach and pool next to each other. You can switch between which is something that Novotel doesn t have. Otherwise it s a nice clean friendly place. Most staff are very helpful. They even took me to the hospital in the middle of the night. So thank you for that.

High quality hotel that does a great job at looking after guests, and making them feel welcome from start to finish. Front Desk, Guest Relations, and Spa teams are particularly impressive. Does the simple things well - as an example it is the first hotel that met my request of providing a healthy amenity. This sounds easy, but is amazing how most hotels do not genuinely read guest requests, and instead provide the typical sugary amenity.

Hotel is close to restaurants, cafes and beaches, but if guests prefer to just relax in the hotel then it has plenty of facilities to allow for this also.

I was invited to a wonderful Gala Dinner Charity event for LINENS FOR LIFE and was extremely happy with the whole experience. Thanks to Novatel Nusa Dua and the team.

I really love this place. If you want to getaway from the city, here is the place. The room is very huge and fully equipped. 10 minutes walk from minimart, the pool is great although it's a bit dirty bcs there are fallen leaves in it but that's okay. If I go back to Nusa Dua, I would like to stay here again.

Comfortable and pleasant. Spacious room. There is a shuttle to and from the Beach club Novotel. Foods containing pork are not placed separately.

Have stayed at this hotel several times, there are shuttle to private beach, swimming pool Okay, there are kids pool and playground also for children, the atmosphere of the hotel is calm and comfortable, shade many parks and trees, can go around the hotel with single or tandem bicycle facilities, varied breakfast menu and it feels okay, recommended for family holidays

- not good for folks looking to enjoy nightlife. Look for hotels located at Kuta for this purpose
- minimum vegetarian options in breakfast and dinner

The staff are wonderful and super friendly, the actual hotel is beautiful and well kept. The rooms are spacious and clean too.

Beach access is misleading ... You must take a shuttle bus for about 10 minutes down a very bumpy stone path next to a construction site to the Novotel Beach Club to reach the public beach ...

Lovely place. But balconies are unsafe for little ones. Our nearly 2 year old fits through rails easily. Tragedy waiting to happen from 3rd floor. Staff weren t very accommodating when trying to change rooms to ground level.

great place to stay , quiet , large rooms , airport shuttle facility

This was a perfect getaway for us. Located in the mega resort area and next to a golf course, man I wish I had my clubs. It's quiet, peaceful and the staff is super friendly. The grounds are very well kept but it's hard to keep up with the amount of trees that are on the property. In the back entrance there are atms and a convenient store and on that same road are tons of little local restaurants. This is by far the best location of any resort in the area. The beach club is a short 10 min walk or the shuttle bus will take you. There are two pools a bar and the main restaurant area. The resort is pretty big and we never felt crowded at all. WiFi is throughout the resort and as well as the beach club area.

The rooms are massive and very well updated. The bathtub can easily fit two adults. Kitchenettes are a nice touch and a full size fridge.

This is a great resort to relax and unwind at!!!

This hotel is incredible the room design is so fancy and cozy, the food is so delicious, service is very good

But you need to take a car to go to its private beach

Absolutely beautifully manicured grounds. Fantastic staff, the most amazing recreation team that are a must to get to know, Great kids club. This was my first time in Bali and would most definitely go back there. I didn't have any children with me but watched the joy in all the other children that visited with their families. Also own private beach club.

Very nice quiet place for family with kids, food is average but OK, good coffee, rooms is spacious, clean enough but little outdated, not much to do on a hotel premisses, beach is 10 minutes walk or use the hotel bus which goes every 15 minutes, money exchange at hotel with a good exchange rate wasn t any difference to street exchange. Nice hotel but prepare to use a taxi a lot if you want to go somewhere it s nothing around.

The hotel looks very old. No hot water and pool is so dirty. As Novotel brand, I can find Novotel Benoa is much better than this.

The experience of staying at the Novotel Bali is quite good. The booking experience as an Accor member and the response to special requests to stay at the hotel is very accommodated quickly and well in other words very helpful. There is little input for the KITCHEN TEAM to IMPROVE the TASTE of the food (neither too salty "tomyum" nor sweet "sweet and sour fish"), the VARIATION of food, and HEALTH PROTOCOL SERVICE (no self service).

Stayed one night at Novotel Nusa Dua Bali. Select which family room, office area, there is his bar, living room, jg passable.
The lack of five-star class is not really the bathroom equipment. Jg Showernya not damaged so comfortable agak2 and her closet jg somewhat damaged.
But we are still trying to enjoy it, if more than one night we want to complain but because it's only one night we just accept it.

The hotel is private and not very crowded, in the complex of ITDC which is exclusively resort nuanced, it really spoils us to escape from activities. The pool is amazing and there is a net to play volleyball, stay in a 1 bedroom apartment with a pool view. So relax and comfy

Sippp ... if there is no promo, it doesn't need to be, if for those who have pockets, the hotel is for thick pockets ...

We stayed at room 9404 on jade tower that has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 balcony. The hotel provided us with a full set of kitchen tools from toaster, electric stove, microwave. They provided a washing machine and an steam iron as well.
