Novotel London West Review

I attended a service at the conference hall I recommend it.

A very relaxing stay, ideal for Hammersmith Appollo.

Big Hotel located in good position for all transport. Hammersmith underground station is less than 15 minutes away from central London. Comfortable hotel, pleasant guest areas and nice friendly staff.

Had issues with water pressure, cold shower and cold AC. Otherwise, it's a fine hotel, with friendly and helpful staff.

A great hotel, they offer breakfast with a huge variety of food and the service is great

I loved all the quality facilities and the food very good taste and seasoning, the excellent service.

Very nice common areas, location close to public transport, royal breakfast. Decent rooms, but a little disappointing for a 4 * hotel, especially the bathroom.

Nice conference venue with good facilities. Catering is decent and rooms have good acoustics with an ok A/V setup.

I was there on a conference. Everything was spot on. They went a bit crazy with the aircon though. Was proper cold in there.
The catering was fabulous.

One night stay in London and the Novotel was grand. We had a family room which had more than sufficient space for us. Although we didn't use all the facilities those that we did were excellent. The bar in the evening had a fantastic barman, sorry I forget his name,... We paid for breakfast to be included and that was well worth it. A self service arrangement that allows you to choose from a vast array of items, cooked breakfast to continental and many other options in between. I would definitely stay with them again.

Staff very attentive and accomodating. Place is close to Hammersmith station and to the trade.
Surrounded by bars and restaurants, plus varied shops.

Comfortable well maintained accommodation, friendly staff, helpful. Great location. Will stay again.

On arrival we had our room upgraded!! Lovely pleasant staff and amazing views across London.

The hotel is very large and in an age-appropriate condition. Although many people find an overnight stay here, it does not seem overcrowded during breakfast, for example. The team is friendly everywhere, both at the front desk, as well as in service and housekeeping. The location is great and it's just a very short walk to Underground Hammersmith. Recommended - I would come again.

Well presented hotel in a convenient location. Have used it several times as it is ready to get to from the motorway and easy to get into the city centre. Breakfasts are good too!

Accomodation ok, food in restaurant mediocre with a limited choice. Very loud music played in bar all night. Not the most convivial atmosphere if you wish a relaxing evening.

Nice breakfast. Rooms need a complete refurbishment.

We really enjoyed our time here, food was lovely and the room was spotlessly clean. All staff very friendly and efficient.

The hotel was good value for money, clean, comfortable and perfectly situated for the Eventim Apollo.

Dingy room, unclean, unanswered front desk and operator calls, no refilling of coffee powder and sugar

Staffs are friendly, easy assess to public transportation. Lot of Restaurant close by

The building is somehow the staff is very friendly (apart from the maid to whom I asked a question as she passed my room, she continued to move without even turning around and told me "See with the manager." Too bad because otherwise everything is fine.The breakfast is excellent and buffet style.
Metro and bus a few meters.

Worst hotel service ever ! The room quality is so bad, it s dirty and small and so many crazy ppl nearby the station area , safety and security is also bad !

Very nice and well presented hotel. The rooms are a high standard for the price and breakfast has a great selection.

Ok hotel, not a really big room but average for London standards, the matras needs to be replaced I could feel where the previous guests slept. Also the AC will turn off wait until it's unbearable hot and then turn on again. Also because of the thin walls there could come some noise from inside, I didn't hear the road outside at all which was good.

I enjoyed my stay there, Staff were very helpful and friendly and corrected any problems i had. Room's were relatively basic but very pleasurable to stay in and clean. Beds / Sofa Beds were also comfy. The location is in a great location if you are visiting the Olypmia Exhibition Centre as it is very close (About a 10 minute walk 0.5 miles) and theres a wp minute walk or short cab journey to the nearest westfield. The Breakfast was exclellent (all you can eat with plenty of variety) and the Artisan Grill also serves amazing food. Overall i would highly recommend staying there and i would go back again.

I checked out 4th July and the day after when I realized that I've forgotten a denim jacket and a black dress in the closet in my room, I called the reception early in the morning. I called them later again and e-mailed them, but got the same answer that nothing was found. I'm 400% sure that it was in the closet when I left the room, since I didn't use the two items during my stay. I'm really not satisfied with my stay until I get my jacket and dress back. Until then I assume that it has been thrown out or stolen by the housekeeping. I'm so sorry to assume that, but I really thought that this was a professional hotel for business people to trust.

Friendly reception. Room was already ready. Good breakfast. It became too hot in the room so we had to sleep with the window open with a lot of traffic noise. The positive thing is that the luggage is still monitored until departure after checking out. Minibar was empty. Only the third day 2 bottles of water were put into it. Hotel rooms are not new (carpet!), But that didn't bother us. Busy at breakfast but never really had to wait. The separate room for breakfast is not really cozy.

Our one night stay was very good, room was fine and decent value for money. The lifts from the car park/ground floor to 1st floor reception are not adequate for the footfall, leading to long waits. The lifts seemed to only take 4 people despite it saying a maximum of 8, leading to confusion and delays. There was no apparent stairwell to take close by.

We had dinner in the bar area which were good portion sizes and reasonably priced.

Although breakfast was excellent it was very expensive.

Went for a conference there, did not stay at the hotel. The conference hall was large and pleasant with many places to eat nearby. Convenient transport via piccadilly line.

Staff who speak only English, small room, cleanliness limit. Furniture in poor condition, a single socket on the side of (tiny) bedside tables and reserved for charging laptops.
A catch showed traces of burns ....
We had two access cards to the room, which dropped one after the other. We were part of a group and our room was given to another member of the group, which is not a big deal, but we had to explain the situation over and over again (breakfasts, refurbishment of the room cards. ....) to a friendly but resolutely English speaking staff .......
And I pass you the system of flushing particularly capricious (and the absence of brushes) ....
In short this Novotel is like many others of its kind, unworthy of a four-star, so avoid.

Very good service, room was clean and tidy, staff were very helpful. Air conditioning was not working properly so was extremely hot in the room. Other than that, very nice stay

Very friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast, very easy to reach - room was unfortunately very noisy, so "point deduction"

Courteous staff and check-in process was quick. Rooms were clean and ample amenities (in-room safe, water, ironing option) for a business visit. A good movable desk to work, comfy beds, room service was efficient. Minor issue was after check-in there seemed to be an assumption that customer would know, although I had to figure out where the lifts were. Breakfast was British style and options were great. I liked the vegetarian sausages but the hash browns were a bit oily. Access to Gym on the 1st floor with a tread-mill was perfect for some indoor running on a rainy day.

Its not too far from hammersmit station..walking distance. And hotel is very nice and service is satisfactory

Everything was good. I went for a conference and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Had to make a last minute reservation and from the gentleman who took my reservation at 20.00, to the receptionists when I arrived slightly frazzled at 21.30 I was happy with the service. Comfortable, clean room with excellent facilities. Also worked there and the meeting rooms are comfortable and well equipped - tic tac mints mmm - a very positive experience. Oh, and the food is lovely too.

I was in the hotel during a business trip and I can recommend this place. There a very nice rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and there was a huge choice of products availible.

Very nice impressions from the start. Arrival earlier - but the room was found without a problem. And the super polite and optimistic Mrs. Serena at the reception set us up positively for the entire stay in London. Fast service, smile, talk to us, map of London with her tips. I really appreciate this approach to the client. Room sufficient for size. TV, cosmetics in the bathroom, Twinings tea in the room. Tasty breakfast, lots of space, lots of choice (including small pancakes and waffles). Location near 3-5 minutes from Hammersmithe metro station, there is also a bus loop. A lot of small pubs around, and the hotel itself also has a good restaurant. Although the corridors and some furniture could be refreshed, I recommend this hotel.

The room that we had was very big, clean. I am extremely happy with the presentation in general. There are very nice facilities, like the gym. The room service is prompt and polite.

Attended for Dragonmeet. Staff were helpful and venue was spacious.

This is honestly one of the worst Novotels I've stayed at. Staff is not as friendly as they used to be. Cleanliness of the room is just unbelievable. Weird smell comes out from the sink whenever the tap is running. (I've stayed at a couple different rooms before and it's always the case.). Towels are old. Stains on bedsheets. Hair was found in bathtubs. They didn't even bother removing the tissue paper wrapped around the hairdryer as they cleaned the bathroom... The only reason why any guest should be still staying at this property has got to be its convenient location. The hotel itself? It's really more like a motel.

My stay could be better.I came to give lectures ,the noise in the corridor was disturbing my rest & sleep.Bathroom comfort items was not sufficient.

When you have loyalty membership,I believe the loyalty should work both sides.I showed my royalty to stay with the brand,the brand should show the same level of commitment to look after me & to do their best in my short stay.I hope things will improve to get my family to be members as we are regular traveler.

Looks clean and nice obviously haven't tasted the food but beer was fine

It's surely looks better on the inside then on the outside :) First two floors are just an entrance, the real deal starts at the 2nd floor. The restaurant is good but expensive. The garage is very narrow. The hotel is located close to Hammersmith tube stop.

Lovely venue for conferences and exhibitions. Easy to get to by bus and underground. Very comfortable. On the outskirts of central London so a tube ride to get to Museums, Theatres and other major attractions. Very little of interest if you just wait to look around the local area. Recommended.

Comfortable and clean, restaurant options were good and the food excellent, bar staff attentive and friendly. Check in and out was swift and the room excellent. The only complaint would be that the shower lacked power, but that's more a minor quibble.

I attended an education conference using the various rooms here. On the whole the experience was great. There was plenty of space in the rooms used, with good technical set up which may have been hired in. There was a great exhibition space downstairs, then a large auditorium space upstairs. Food was great and all of the staff were helpful.

And a business hotel. Although staying in it as a tourist for 11 days in London, I found a good hotel. They only disappeared with 1 foot of my wife's white sock (it must have been mixed with the sheets) and that despite the phone call they would check, they did not give the return as promised.

Older hotel in quiet part of west London. The room standard and equipment is of the same standard as in other 4* Novotel hotels, e.g. in Amaterdam.

The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable.

The staff is helpful and professional. The breakfast is common English-based
