I don't come back and I don't recommend it, I had to ask to change rooms because the bed looked like a pool, which was sinking and in the other room the bed was the same. It was bad nights with bad sleep.
The elevator did not work, wifi so not even talk.
Bad service standard too.
The hotel chain does not judge the amount charged.

Location of the hotel near the ferry terminal, excellent for those who want to take the train ride to Morretes, and the Municipal Market. Easy access to public transportation to other sights of the city. The facilities are a bit old but do not interfere with the comfort of the stay. Service at the front desk, maid service and helpful breakfast.

Comfortable, but expected more. There are few employees and therefore the service leaves something to be desired. Poor lighting in the room as they took out the lamps, I think to save money. Repetitive coffee, if you stay more than two nights it ends up sick.

Bad service from the night team, my wife and I arrived after 10 hours of travel and already at the reception we were terribly badly attended by receptionist Amanda, the parking is 30 reais and is not informed at the time of booking, even worse she told us that I could leave it on the street and it was our problem, my wife was so embarrassed that we decided to leave and the moment I informed her that we would not be anymore she pushed the document in my hand and made fun of it, at no time were we disrespectful, regrettable, I do not recommend it at all some.

The cleanliness could be better, our room the mattress was very old and so it seemed to be with bad smell, we stayed 3 days, no day was past floor cloth of the room q it was already dirty since we arrived, we can not change room tbm.

The double bed was really big, although the pillows wasn t that comfortable. The room didn t have toilet paper nor soaps or towels when we arrived there. Breakfast had nothing special, the tables all messed up when we went to have our breakfast and parking is outside the hotel (they pick up your car and stop in front of the hotel), uncovered. So... 3 stars.

The employee of the establishment with whom I had contact (Diego) is very poorly prepared, badly educated or was on a bad day, which in any case does not justify the behavior. I was very poorly attended as never before, I am not very demanding, I always try to understand the side of those who are working to serve me, but at least I expected to be treated with respect, I do not say even as a customer but as a human being. I really don't want to know what leads someone to treat other human beings like that and I feel for Diego that he be that way. Finally, I would go but I don't even want to talk about details of what happened, just want the establishment to take steps to improve and improve its service. A commercial establishment is not something parallel to society, so people in the exercise of their duties should treat their customers in the same way as the next in their social life: with respect.

FAST! Room smelled horrible, had garbage from others, wall peeling with infiltration, we asked for another towel and a duvet, gave the towel stuck, and the duvet was dirty, bathroom lousy, hair dryer had to hold the cable, no shampoo in the room neither at the reception the elevator looks like it will fall off so old, breakfast is bad, when i arrived at reception to check in had a street dweller at reception asking for money, harsh receptionist. The only good part is the kitchen women who are good people. NOT WORTH THE HALF OF DAILY.

Only the view that is beautiful. The hotel is decadent, smelly, parking is expensive and cramped. The location is good, but it has the inconvenience of homeless people asking and approaching you right at the door.
The apartment was dirty and smelly.

The experience was not good. The elevators are small and slow, there is carpet in the hallway, mold in the bathrooms, towels are shabby, there is no hygiene kit, it is close to the train station and the Parana stadium and you hear noise all day.
The bed is very soft and we had problems in the parking lot which is not in the same place, even though we paid the part.

AS FEW AS POSSIBLE
Poor reception, we were placed in a room with 3 beds, arrived there only two, besides having charged a single bed for my 10 year old son, being that we had reservation for two rooms. Rooms and bathrooms mold, old bath towels, curtain so mock it was ripping, if I doubt I have photos. Smell of mildew, broken doors, quite different from what it shows on the website. Poor accomodations, horrible breakfast, do not give a half star. There is no acoustic protection, too much noise from the street vehicles and horn of the train, for those who are light sleepers, think twice. The breakfast is awful, nothing good. Would not recommend.

I didn t like it, very bad service by the employee who was working in the afternoon and part of the Saturday night, we were in a group, they didn t find our reservation, even though they had an email confirming the reservation, the room of a person from our group even had a cockroach in the room.

Overall the hotel is great. Since the reception is rooms. What upset me, is a door in the suite, which gave access to another room! You could hear everything people did in the other room, making it a bad experience.

Too bad, garage far from the hotel, with no accessibility, no pillow in the room, no towels, no phone reception, we had to go down to complain, there was still a problem with the light, we had to go down again and change rooms, terrible breakfast , even with the pandemic I think it's not a reason for the terrible quality of the service, and it's not cheap, we pay 115.00! I don't recommend it to anyone!
