The employee of the establishment with whom I had contact (Diego) is very poorly prepared, badly educated or was on a bad day, which in any case does not justify the behavior. I was very poorly attended as never before, I am not very demanding, I always try to understand the side of those who are working to serve me, but at least I expected to be treated with respect, I do not say even as a customer but as a human being. I really don't want to know what leads someone to treat other human beings like that and I feel for Diego that he be that way. Finally, I would go but I don't even want to talk about details of what happened, just want the establishment to take steps to improve and improve its service. A commercial establishment is not something parallel to society, so people in the exercise of their duties should treat their customers in the same way as the next in their social life: with respect.
