Very good hotel large and clean room, in front of the bus station and close to the center of Curitiba

I confess that I made the reservation with fear, because I read many negative comments and many compliments too. I really liked the hotel, it has a good cost benefit, good location, the view facing the stadium and the railway is wonderful! The receptionists were always very attentive. The room is very spacious and clean, the bathroom could be a little bigger, but it was not something that bothered me. Breakfast is very weak, little variety and the same thing every day. The double bed is actually two single beds with a cute protection on top. In the first days we had some problems with lights and bedding, which took a long time, but were solved. Taking into account the daily rate (just over R $ 100) it is a good option for Curitiba. For those who are going to tour, it is in front of the railway that has the promenade to Morretes, one block from the municipal market and very close to the center and Botanical Garden. I recommend!

It had two single beds in a double room and only one chair in the room, the free breakfast is so good that it comes with some ladies kicking us out with looks after half an hour in the cafe, :)

The hotel is nice I would put a star more if I had reached the wifi to my room since travel is essential you got a good signal. It also does not arrive in the breakfast room so I was without wifi all the time.

I just didn't like being woken up to be serviced in my room. For this there is the check in and check out time and this must be done at this time. All in all excellent, very friendly receptionists, spacious room and extremely comfortable bed.

The worst hotel service I have had in many years of lodging. Inadequate and unprepared assistants, ill-mannered and slow. Reduced hotel staff, with few maids and no one in the laundry room. I checked in at 1:40 PM, went upstairs to my room with my wife and daughter, when we noticed that there was no bath towel and the duvets were torn and dirty. We ask for 3 times the replacement. We were not attended to. At 3:00 PM I went down to the reception and asked for arrangements. I was informed by the attendants that I would have to keep waiting, as the laundry staff did not have spare parts. I was told that like me, several guests were having the same problem. Still at the front desk, I heard mixed complaints from other guests. The hotel has serious management problem. I asked to speak with the manager and they informed me that it was impossible. Without a solution, I requested a cancellation of the lodging and went to another hotel. I went on tour and missed a day of sightseeing. It is fifth world service hotel.

Structure is a danger! Crack on all sides, the small, jolting elevator that freaks out! Maintenance is lacking. The reception with only one attendant we consumed about 40 minutes for the cheking. Nearby and around the hotel to many beggars and the dirt is a sadness. Do not walk to the sights. Go by taxi or Uber. Positives were the well served breakfast with plenty of goodies and the location attached to the bus station.

For those who do not like noise to sleep this hotel is not a good option as it is at the side of the street next to the bus station. Quite a lot of noise!

The shower is HUGE, super warm.

Nice hotel. Great service with polite and helpful people. Breakfast that has what it takes: bread ... coffee ... cake ... toaster and toxtex ... scrambled eggs. For those who like it there are more things ... sausage ... It's very clean with white, scented sheets. Good and pleasant.

The room is large and comfortable. Good value for money. The breakfast is simple but fair. But if you care for good care you will pass anger, if you have car still prepare. Unfortunately the hotel sins in a basic thing and that usually makes all the difference, a good service.

Hotel with great value for money. Located close to major thoroughfares, municipal market, botanical garden, football stadium. For those who are not accustomed to it, there are as many as in any old center.

The hotel is good. Breakfast hearty, rooms comfortable, but sin on the issue of the replacement of towels. After spending a full day on the street, upon arriving in the room, we found no towels. After waiting for about half an hour, those that were delivered would hardly dry a child, who will say two adults.

Hotel located in the central region of Curitiba, very close to the bus and train station and the municipal market. The hotel is all renovated, has a good breakfast, and has very attractive prices. Parking is paid for. It has a beautiful view of the whole city.

Relatively good hotel, but with some negative details regarding age. Still, although the location is close to the center, its surroundings have a lot of homeless people using drugs and drinks at night, and the fact that the hotel does not have its own garage but rather agreements with parking lots around it turns your arrival at night into a risk to your physical integrity. You have to leave the car in these parking lots and walk back to the hotel, passing by where some people consume drugs and alcohol. And the worst thing is still having to pay this parking, R $ 30.00.

5 stars because everything they promised was delivered. 3 star hotel is a very good rating. Very friendly and attentive reception clerks.

Well located in the city center, easy access to the botanical JD. The hotel is very good, clean and cozy rooms, varied breakfast, Wi-Fi and parking is available at an additional cost. I highly recommend the hotel.
