In one of the days, they run out of bed sheets. Also, the towels seemed very cheap. In the good side, the people working there were very friendly and tried to help us with a very positive attitude. Also, the shower was strong, which was relaxing in the end of the day. The overall feeling was that the hotel was sufficient, but could easily be much better experience, if a little was invested in the weak spots it has.

The problem was the education of some guests who seemed to show attacking the food. The location is very accessible to the sights, my room had a great view, but like all proximity to bus, many beggars in the street. I liked the location, the staff are attentive and helpful, the rooms are airy, well lit. We miss a hair dryer, even a small one would do. You could stay at the concierge and borrow it when needed. Write a Review The front desk attendant was one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced in lodging.
Starting at check in when we arrived the front desk lady was extremely stressed, grumpy whether she wanted to look us in the face or a good night, very grudgingly.
At first I was scared but we decided to stay anyway because it was already night.
I imagined that it was in particular problems only at that moment but during the whole period I spent in the Hotel I realized that it is routine.
We stayed without internet for a period of more than 12 hours when we were charged we were attended with rudeness the very rude receptionist simply made faces and mouths and guided us to look for a place where the signal worked, humiliation and lack of respect with the customer.
In some moments while the client waits for the receptionist without the minimum of professional posture is chatting on the telephone with a private matter.
Total insecurity, we request delivery services the reception has released the entrant's entrance without wanting to consult us.
I was terrified of the number of people complaining about the same reason even talking about giving up the reservation.

Lousy service by the receptionist the night I was staying, breakfast with few options, but the room large, clean and fair price.

I made the reservation by booking where it was said that the place had its own parking, when we got there we were informed that the parking lot was full and that they would forward it to another one, in which I paid 35 reais, they should inform at the time of booking about this extra charge except this inconvenient everything is ok.
The receptionist for the day shift is terrible, he was super rude about parking and very polite to another guest who asked for assistance in ordering an Uber.

Room is a good size, the bed is very big, the bathroom is great and is well located in front of the bus station.
