Write a Review The front desk attendant was one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced in lodging.
Starting at check in when we arrived the front desk lady was extremely stressed, grumpy whether she wanted to look us in the face or a good night, very grudgingly.
At first I was scared but we decided to stay anyway because it was already night.
I imagined that it was in particular problems only at that moment but during the whole period I spent in the Hotel I realized that it is routine.
We stayed without internet for a period of more than 12 hours when we were charged we were attended with rudeness the very rude receptionist simply made faces and mouths and guided us to look for a place where the signal worked, humiliation and lack of respect with the customer.
In some moments while the client waits for the receptionist without the minimum of professional posture is chatting on the telephone with a private matter.
Total insecurity, we request delivery services the reception has released the entrant's entrance without wanting to consult us.
I was terrified of the number of people complaining about the same reason even talking about giving up the reservation.
The hotel has a good structure only lacking capable staff.
