I liked the location, the staff are attentive and helpful, the rooms are airy, well lit. We miss a hair dryer, even a small one would do. You could stay at the concierge and borrow it when needed. You have to improve the internet, it's horrible, it doesn't work. The hotel's WI-FI is useless. I couldn't put Netflix and Globo play on my cell phone. I didn't like the TV either. 5 religious channels and Globo. Too bad.
