I've never used this company before, but I'm a big believer that when representing a company (like driving a company pickup with the insignia on the side), employees should try their best to represent it well. This morning I was cut off by such a pickup truck, which ran a stop sign when it was clearly my right of way. When I honked, the older gentleman driving the truck stopped in the intersection, blocking my way and proceeded to give me some hand gestures while yelling something (his window was closed, so I couldn't hear, but he appeared angry).

Like I said, I've never used these contractors before. But after that experience, I never would. And I'd urge others to look at how their employees treat average people they encounter on the street.
