I left this accounting firm in order to work with a person close to me. I realize with hindsight that this firm is a real disaster:
My 1st VAT return was incorrect (the accountant had not taken into account all the investments made in the 6 months before the creation of my company, that is to say a VAT error to my disadvantage of nearly 4000EUR ...). All the documents had been provided to them from the first day of the creation of my company.
When I asked them to see with the public treasury to correct the error, they could not find anything better to justify themselves to the financial controller than to assert that the accounting documents had been sent to them late (these documents had been scanned in their TIIME tool almost 6 months in advance, however ...)
My new accountant has just informed me that no (NONE !!!!!) accounting entry concerning my partner current account had been made. NOOVA nevertheless has all the scanned documents in their tool.
And to top it all off, we just realized that NOOVA had seen fit NOT to declare my VAT for July 2020.
In short, fortunately for my company, I left this firm that I absolutely do not recommend.
A word of advice for those who wish to join them: watch their work very closely. Ask them for proof of VAT returns. Ask them to prove to you that they have filled in all the accounting entries. The survival of your company depends on it !!!!!!!!!
