One year old oil light on, topped up oil light still coming on no answers or problem found or error codes showed photo with date and time nothing to be done:/

Really poor experience, they need to remember the basics of customer service. Took car in for diagnostic faulty radio, had all day from 8:15 am to be told not had a look at is just not good enough. What is the point of a booking system, that I waited over 2 weeks for to not be looked at and next appointment is again over
2 weeks away, which as they didn't look at it, most good company's would apologies and get you in the next day or two at most, but not OMC.
It seems that unless you're spending thousands on a new car, you're seen as more of an inconvenience, certainly to the Parts department. As an independent of Ford you can't complain to Ford. As you can see from the feedback site, they don't comment on posts with low scores, only commenting on the high scores, which are for sales.
I await a response.

Ii don't think they know what there doing.my car been in several times for repair ..I've replaced the battery myself thinking this could be the problem and it was.

Not up to the usual service I have had in the past, no notification that our car was due a service, which we normally get. So I phoned up to organise only to find that the day I had agreed no one turned up to pick the car up. Made a phone call to the service department and found out that they had booked it in for another day. The good news was that after complaining, they did manage to fit it in for the day I had agreed. But has I say not up to the usual service I expect from OMC.
The repair process was very thorough (OMC FORD OLDHAM )and we were updated all the way through the duration of repairs.
A decent courtesy car was provided and the pick up and drop off service was a big help. The quality of repairs carried out were great so to was the new paintwork.

Nice smart car showroom. Went with my disabled brother to pick up his new car, and were treated really well. The car salesman was very helpful and showed us around the car really well.
Nice dealership, friendly staff. The Stinger is a lovely car, would have been even better as a hybrid but very pretty in metallic cherry red. Rear wheel drive! I was tempted.

The one time I need a part for my car and they are doing stock take. Apparently so are Rochdale which leaves me stuck, it's stupid they are both closed at the same time and the guy that informed me was very arrogant and seemed happy to be turning me away and his attitude was rather snobby. Trust Ford are much more helpful
What a beautiful dealership! Plenty of space around each car, outside, so you can get round the car easily. Lovely, lovely showroom, for Fords, a little less room in the Kia showroom, but everything is pukka. Such helpful, non-invasive sales staff, who give you time to feast your eyes on your desired chariot before they really suck you in. Hahaha.
Did an insurance repair for me and although initially had a problem with the repair, they provided a courtesy car and did the re-repair straight away.
Purchased a ford fiesta this week. I cannot fault the customer service. There were no hidden fees or misleading information. Mike was a fantastic salesman who sorted me out with a great deal and took care of everything! Would highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new Ford.
Excellent service whilst my car was in the garage with regular updates on how long my car would take to be ready. They couldn't do enough to make sure I wasn't stranded over Christmas without a vehicle.
My experience with OMC Ford Oldham started when I enquired about a car on their website. Chris Stephens was very quick to reply and answered my enquiry with ease. He was really friendly and answered all questions I had. There was a slight hiccup when coming to collect the car, which meant the sale had to be pushed back to another day, however, Andrew was very honest about this and made the situation better. I travelled down from Scotland for my car, and again Chris was really and friendly and helped me find the right finance deal. His manager Steve also was friendly and helpful. Overall my experience was very positive and would recommend coming here for a car:) Thankyou so much everyone

Worst customer service ever, wasted half an hour waiting for simple order to collect, gave up and left the place. Guy from parts department should really take his job seriously as clearly hes not up to task. If you have other means of dealing with your enquiry, save your time and go somewhere else.

Staff have always been polite, courteous and delivered good service. From the used car sales lot, to servicing, body shop repairs and parts.
Top quality work, no messing and the job done properly by skilled mechanics.
Food service. Bit of a wait but I was at peak times.
Such a bad dealer such bad service based on the companys values we use to see, they cant give you prices dont want to listen to the bad feedback. There is a reason why Ford is going down hill. As a customer you should feel appreciated you don't get this here.

Ok for service but didn't fix a fault I advised them about which they dismissed as one of them things common with new Ford's. Eventually took the car to a Ford Motorsave who found and fixed the fault without any hassle.
Car went in for a recall and lots of paid jobs came up on the health check. Took it elsewhere for a fraction of the price. The staff look like they don t want to be there either

Insurance repair, 3 times the car had to go in get repair done correctly. Would not recommend them.
Went to the parts department for an item that can only be bought from Ford. So, we pressed the buzzer and waited patiently, as instructed. The "customer services" people sat around in front of us, seemingly with nothing to do, boisterously joking about customers while intensely ignoring our presence.... We were there for 20 minutes reading the handwritten "Don't keep pressing the buzzer, we can see you on cctv and will be there shortly" notices over and over and over again, not so slowly realising that they don't bother answering the desk to customers pretty regularly!
Anyway, went to Trust Ford in Stockport instead, got our part straight away...
Excellent service. Would strongly recommend if looking for a new or used car.

Dealt with Mike Bulger in the new car showroom at Oldham when we wanted to buy a New Ford Puma.
We had done all our research as many people do these days before we visited after having a poor experience at another local dealer Mike was a breath of fresh air.
Unlike the other dealer Mike was friendly and actually wanted to sell us a car.
From ordering the car to collecting Mike kept us well informed of the status of of our new car.

Second visit to OMC Oldham dealing with the used car team. First time I dealt with Chris whose a great lad and second time I dealt with dean and Andy, all in all a great car buying experience. Both of my visits the team went above and beyond to assist in any way they could. Definitely one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have had. Will be buying from here again in the future
