Almost all the staff are very courteous and helpful, always smiling and the place is nice and clean. The only flaw is a boy of the staff who is at times a bit rude but above all the rude customers who often are not sent away despite bothering others. I had never been to a Sisal venue since I'm not interested in betting but they invited me to a free event to see the comedy Debora Villa show very nice and fun with drinks and a small aperitif all for free. The place is well organized, clean and prices for good food and drink. A nice big screen to follow the games and also the machines to play and a bar in the center. I find these music or cabaret events a good idea but the place is a little noisy to listen well and there are few seats. Kind staff.

With such a position you could do better in the management of the venue; I don't like having bets and slots in the same place and it worsens the quality of the game environment
