This is some kind of nightmare. God forbid you to contact this company. Rudeness, complete ignore ... I called the manager - find out where the package is. Thanks for not sending. Complete inadequacy and misunderstanding of what they are doing in general on the market. I sincerely don t understand how they haven t crashed here yet. Judging by the average review scores, it is very close. Avoid !!!

I don't know what upset the reception with, but they spoke to me quite kindly, I got through to them from the beginning. The dialogue in Romanian started, which surprised me after the comments read here. They delivered the package to me in 7 fixed days to my city with the courier. I am satisfied and I will use this delivery company in the future.

Why didn't they pick up the goods for delivery? There is never a clear answer, even the curator who supposedly has to lead and supervise legal entities, be responsible for jambs, laughs at any question! This is not professional !!! We ordered a rabbit cage from an outlet (Ukraine) by delivery of this service. We were promised delivery in 7 days. As a result, the parcel was delivered on the 8th day in the afternoon. Perhaps they would have delivered even longer if I had not called them several times a day. It is very difficult to get through to them. Out of six calls in a day, only two were answered. In the online chat on the site, they did not answer me. The courier refused to help the girl lift a 7kg parcel to the third floor. "We always carefully and punctually fulfill our promises to our clients. We respond to their every need: it is natural for us to help." - it was an excerpt from the information about the company on their website.
For comparison, we ordered clothes with DHL delivery a little earlier. This service delivered the package from China to the hands of the client in 4 days.

After a week of waiting, I called to ask when it would be delivered, they said that tomorrow, it was not delivered.
