I do not understand why the company would operate ...

I do not understand why the company would operate in Moldova but does not hire operators who speak at least Romanian! In addition, it only delivers when it is convenient for them. The customer doesn't care if the address is unknown to them (Are you really a delivery company ??? don't you have GPS or something?). You have to beg them to come to you when you actually paid for a service meant to deliver ANYWHERE in Moldova.
