Cameron had an excellent experience with Dr Ullrich! He had his braces on for Phase one for exactly the time she said. They were always so kind to fit us in when he had a broken wire. They were patient with his need to take breaks when getting the impressions for his retainers. Very thoughtful and considerate staff. They called to see if we wanted to come in sooner to get his braces off when there was an opening earlier in the week! I highly recommend NOVA Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics! They re the BEST!!

Dr. Woo and her staff are more understanding of special needs kids than I have seen at any other practice, and we have seen many! Everyone says they work with special needs individuals, but these folks truly **understand** them. They are patient, not demanding at all, allowing even the most reactive kids to ease into their experience. This dentist and those who work with her are to be trusted. Their only agenda is provide excellent dental care while building a relationship. We drive 90 minutes one way to see her, that s how much we love them. And I would drive twice that if I needed to.

I LOVE Nova Pediatric!!! I cannot say enough good things about them. We relocated last year and were unable to find a dentist that will take care of my son who has special needs. Called Dr. Val and she said to bring him on in. So we drove the two and a half hours, and it was like we had never left - same warmth, same caring, same efficiency, same excellent treatment!! Yes, I would do it again if I had to because I know that Dr. Val and her team will be there for us.

Everything about this place is awesome. Everyone from the dental assistants to hygienists to dentists are fantastic. They each have the perfect personalities to relate well to kids as well as parents. When we moved to the area, we switched practices. I labored over the decision. I wish I'd known just how wonderful NOVA pediatric dentistry was. I'd've saved a ton of time!

My son had two baby teeth pulled today. Before the procedure, I was given quotes for the procedure with and without nitrous oxide, just in case. The dental assistant fully explained to both my son and me what to expect before, during, and after having the teeth extracted. Michelle really put my son at ease with her super friendly attitude and her calm demeanor. Dr. Marsban is an angel. Very sweet, and she made sure throughout the appointment that my son felt no pain or discomfort. We LOVE this practice. Dr. Woo takes great care to hire or partner with only the best people. If only she treated adults! Cannot recommend them highly enough. We've been patients of this practice for more than 10 years.

Although I have posted a review previously, I am always willing to update it since I take my twins to NOVA twice a year for their dental exams and cleanings. Dr. Marzban is so personable and above all, GREAT with the kids. Our 7-year old twins trust her and love her; they have no fear of going to the dentist. At every visit, the staff is so friendly and thorough and I am always confident that my children are getting the best dental care.

This is a wonderful practice for children. We first learned of them when our newborn (and third child) was tongue tied, and were referred to Dr Woo for the procedure. She calmly explained the procedure to us and made us feel comfortable in her confidence and expertise. Our experience was so positive with her and the full team that we switched our older two children (3 and 6 years old) to them for routine cleanings. The experience was wonderful, the tech and full staff are so great putting children at ease and having an enjoyable checkup. I highly recommend this practice.

Dental care is extremely important fro good overall health , even more so for special needs people with complex health issues. Our adult special needs daughter gets her dental and orthodontia needs taken care of by a knowledgable experienced staff. This office knows to put certain individuals in the appropriate situation, like a private room, and provide appropriate and needs dacomodations- like participation in a reward system . Our daughter responds to verbal praise. Once I let the staff know the needed accommodations and what she responds best to - they really listened and delivered. This directly results in reduced anxiety before and during our visits. More importantly it means she cooperates for her visits and participates in her own daily dental care at home . We have lived in three states and had several dentist/orthodontists- this practice is really focused on doing an excellent job while providing the needed accommodations to insure the job gets done well.

Perfection! From day one they have been great.. my little one use to be scared of the dentist but now has had nothing but great things to say about the Dentist. I will never take him anywhere else. The best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I recommend everyone to bring there kids here!

If there were more stars, I would give NOVA Pediatric Dentistry a 10. Tasha is my sons dental hygienist. She is very sweet, gentle and patient. My son is afraid of getting his teeth clean and also afraid to sit on the reclining chair. However, Tasha has her special ways to get him to open his mouth, and since he does not like the recliner, Tasha cleans them while he is standing. Everyone there, from the moment you enter the office are very cordial. The doctors are also very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I highly recommend NOVA Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics. If you have a child that is extremely afraid or has had a bad experience with other dentist, give this office a try. I am 45 min away from the office, however, it is worth the drive when my child leaves smiling instead of crying.

Both of our grandson's love them. They inform exactly what they are going to do and they treat them like adults.

The staff here are extremely friendly! I have a 2.5 year old and we have been going for 6 months now, we've seen them 3 times and every time is a wonderful experience. They are great with my son and help him to feel comfortable and sit as well as a two-year old can sit.

Love this dental office! LaQuita did an amazing job helping my 2 year old and 4 year old feel comfortable having their teeth cleaned. She showed them each of the tools and pretended to tickle their teeth. They really got a kick out of it! Dr Marzban has a warm personality, and my kids felt comfortable letting her have a final look at their teeth. As long as their doors are open, we will be back for future dental appointments.

Love Dr. Val and the entire staff at NOVA Pediatric Dentistry. They make going to the Dentist fun. I couldn t be more pleased with the office, staff and Dr Val.

I love the way the hygienists and the doctors are with the kids. They will try anything and everything to make sure my kids are comfortable. All accommodations we've asked for have been met. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our kids dental care.

We have been going to this practice for 4 years now and will keep going as long as we live in the area. It's a fairly quick drive from Reston and there is ample parking. The office itself is very nice and clean, and wait times are short. The staff is wonderful, and the hygienists are great and always put my kids at ease (they even get excited about their 6 month check-ups!) 5 stars all around!

Great and friendly service. My daughter loves it here. Dental hygienist and doctors are knowledgeable and very kid friendly.They give you goodies and balloons. Clean and healthy teeths along with some goodies to go What is there to not like about ?

I am very impressed with Dr. Woo and the entire staff. This office is full of genuine and compassionate people. You can usually tell how the office is run by the front desk and everyone I met from the front to the back was wonderful. The doctor and staff are also great with listening to the patient, explaining what they're doing, and offering options for treatment. They made this a positive experience for my son, who needs more dental work done and is looking forward to going back.

My daughter had been always there for annual as well as for any dental problems. NOVA Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics team have been very polite and helpful for all of the process. As always, my children looked forward to going to the dentist- with 3 small children, that is no easy feat. Everyone at the office is extremely professional and positive. The care received is well explained in kid-friendly terminology and the gentle touch used to clean their teeth is exceptional. Information and any concerns are relayed in a caring manner and you're made to feel at home throughout the entire process. I wish I could go to this office as an adult!

My daughter gets scared and very anxious with any dental procedure that she thinks may hurt. Just yesterday she went in for a filling. Tasha helped calm my daughter and make this experience so smooth and easy. She is one of the best dental assistants i have ever worked with. She has an amazing bed side manner with children. Doctor Courtney is amazing!! She is the nicest orthodontist ever and does great work. All of her staff are very friendly and I had such a great experience there.

Doctors and nurses are good, although their billing people are extremely rude and not at all supportive.
Also they don t give any appointments after 3.

My kids have been going to NOVA for the past 3 years based on the recommendation from their pediatrician. Dental hygenists are great at explaining everything to the kids that will be done to allviate any fears. My kids have never given me a hard time about going to the dentist. The remodeled office looks stunning.

Arrived for an appointment and called from the door so they could let us in. The receptionist couldn't understand me and I had to repeat myself three times then I had to spell my son's name out. She couldn't find him in the system since the person who booked the appointment put it under my name in error. He also booked it for November despite telling me the appointment for for the 15th.

Unfortunately, we did not get to see Dr. Woo. The front office is a mess as far as communication is concerned. We were disappointed as we had rearranged our schedules for the appointment.

This place is perfect! My kids felt comfortable and at ease the entire time. They were even sad to hear they had to wait 6 months to come back.

I love Dr. Woo and Dr. Courtney. They are both super friendly. They explain everything to both the parents and kids before the procedure. My kids are super comfortable with everyone there including the staff. In addition the place is super clean and always on time.

I had all 3 of my children go for their check-up and cleaning and they did an amazing job with my very shy and weary 2 year old! She sat for her entire cleaning and did not cry once! Can't say enough great things about this practice!! I wish I could go there to get my cleanings done!

My ASD child is always afraid of Dentist appointment. He made a breakthrough last Friday after coming here for 4 years. For the first time, he sat by himself and open his mouth for the doctor to check. I am supper thankful of the wonderful staff and doctor. They have been really patient and warm working with the child. Thank you!!

From the moment my son and I walked into the office it was wonderful.. Starting at the front desk, to the hygienist and then Dr. Woo.. I just want to thank you all for such a great first impression. You all made my son s first appointment great and he can t stop talking about Andie and Mrs. Doctor(Dr.Woo) lol...

We had our first appointment with the practice. One of our children has special needs and they had a private room equipped with a tv that played cartoons/movies to distract. The hygienist was gentle, fast and thorough. She was able to get x-rays which we have never been able to get before. Amazing! We saw Dr. Woo and she was practical with her treatment plan. The practice has an anesthesiologist who comes to their office for procedures, since one of our children may need to be sedated for getting a cavity filled. But Dr Woo said we could try without anesthesia first-love the conservative approach and appreciate it! Who wants their kid to have to be put under unless it s really necessary? The front desk was very nice and the waiting area has lots of seating and books/fish tank to keep the kids entertained. Kids got a token at the end to use in a little machine and get a toy, so everyone left happy. Five stars-such a pleasant experience.

The staff is extra patient and nice. They are able to put my son's anxiety at ease by explaining to him everything they are doing.

Everyone is great here from the front desk staff to the assistants to the dentists. They are wonderful with both my boys (6.5 and 4) and we'll definitely be taking our youngest there soon!

My son is autistic and it takes a lot of time and patience for the dentist and her assistant to do a cleaning or x-rays. He doesn't always cooperate and at times I have to hold down his legs and arms while they can examine his teeth. I was very thankful he had no cavities this past time. It was the shortest visit we had in a while :)

This is such a phenomenal practice. Dr Val and the staff could not be kinder and more accommodating. So thankful for everyone there.
