Rachelle Elliot was always available to answer my questions, and Sarah in the installation department made last minute changes for me to adapt to the unexpected delays inherent in remodeling. 06 25 19 I stopped by the store and spoke to Keith E. Burns ("Customer Development" is his title on the card he gave me) and gave my name and phone number so an appointment could be set up the following week.
07 08 2019 I called and spoke to a female who answered the phone. I told her I had been in the store and spoke to Keith and someone was supposed to have called and set up an appointment to measure and discuss new cabinets. She took my name and telephone number...again...and said she would have Keith call me.
07 11 2019 It has been 13 work days and I haven't heard from anyone. Poor "customer development."
Angie at Nova helped us through the process of picking cabinets and countertops for our kitchen, 3 bathrooms and wet bar in our new construction home and she was great to work with! They go so well with our tile and flooring because she took the time to look at those at another store. We couldn't be happier with the results! Not to say there weren't some hiccups - there always are with new construction. But Angie and her team worked to respond to us and fix them quickly. Thanks so much Angie & Nova!
I really wanted marble countertops for our kitchen and was wrestling with how easily they etch and stain, not to mention the cost of marble and having renovations for years to come. I was shown the new, improved and I must say beautiful laminate countertops. I considered doing this until I could afford marble or quartz, but we are so happy with the beauty and functionality of the product we are keeping them and moving on with other projects!!! And at a fraction of the cost of stone and not much more than if we had purchased product and tried to install ourselves!

Had a very positive experience, from the time Angie came to my condo to advise and get measurements through delivery and installation. The only hiccup was a minor mess left after installation, but after notifying them of this, 2 staff joined on a telephone call, expressing concern to make it right, and they sent a team out right away. The Nova staff is professional, competent and very accommodating!
Nova replaced our laminate counter tops with granite and we are 100% satisfied. Everyone we worked with was exceptionally competent and also very kind. We will be recommending them to our friends.
Nova Kitchen and Bath designed and installed shelving in my family room. From start to finish, they gave my project personal attention to ensure an excellent result. The owner measured accurately and made design suggestions before delivering a detailed design. He suggested matching the shelf top to my fireplace mantel to improve the finished look. The owner brought stain samples twice to my home to find a match and when no off-the-shelf matches were available, had several stains custom mixed until we found the right one. This attention to detail was consistent throughout the project. They installed the shelving on schedule, ensured all was up to quality standards and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Nova to anyone seeking high quality cabinets and shelving.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. I was looking for a cabinet touch-up kit for some older cabinets. They searched their warehouse, called me back the same day, and left the touch-up kit outside- so I didn't even have to go in the building. Thank you for excellent customer service!
I'm not a big one for online reviews, but with such a positive experience with Nova Kitchen & Bath, I felt I needed to write this! From start to finish, it was a real pleasure to work with true professionals who were knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I had become so used to mediocre "customer service" from big box stores. So, working with an interested team of people to install our new counter tops, sink and faucet was really refreshing! Special thanks to Alyssa, Sarah, Josh, Adam, Walter and Ginny for their help and expertise! Our kitchen looks beautiful thanks to them.

The cultured stone shower I bought from them looks great and was installed with professionalism and care. Unfortunately the shower base is poorly designed so that the top surface of the entrance slopes down to the outside. Therefore water collects against the shower door and leaks onto the floor if there is the smallest gap, or drys every day to leave a puddle of scum. All other sides are perfectly level so it was not the fault of the installer.
