06 25 19 I stopped by the store and spoke to Keith E. Burns ("Customer Development" is his title on the card he gave me) and gave my name and phone number so an appointment could be set up the following week.
07 08 2019 I called and spoke to a female who answered the phone. I told her I had been in the store and spoke to Keith and someone was supposed to have called and set up an appointment to measure and discuss new cabinets. She took my name and telephone number...again...and said she would have Keith call me.
07 11 2019 It has been 13 work days and I haven't heard from anyone. Poor "customer development."
