Me and my sisters used the spa facilities. The facilities are great, especially for a women wearing the hijab, it is mixed, so bring a birkini or a dress. 4 types of sauna rooms/rock room etc. A ice room, an inside/outside jacuzzi and swimming pool.
My massage and facial was done by tammy, who was so lovely and did such a good job, face feels like its glowing! All the people at the spa were lovely and helpful.

I spent several nights at the hotel when working in the area. The staff were both friendly and professional, and it was lovely to get back to a warm welcome at the hotel after a long working day. Covid restrictions were managed well and food service was good, including breakfast delivered to the room. It will definitely be my hotel of choice in that area.

My review is regarding the spa & specifically the spa treatments I had today. Full body massage & Decleor facial were both fantastic & ultra relaxing. Beth was lovely & very attentive, ensuring that I was comfortable & enjoying the experience. My lower back pain has also eased after the massage. I will be booking in again!

Had a fantastic afternoon tea today with daughter Alice. We had been let down by the Broadfield Hotel who we had booked with, but they no longer do afternoon teas ! The reception staff at the Norton Grange were very friendly, booked us in promptly and were most helpful. We also saw our relative Jenny as well, who works there. A most enjoyable afternoon, can definitely recommend

Spa nice, food and service not so good. The spa da...

Spa nice, food and service not so good. The spa day deal included a light lunch either a pulled pork wrap or jackfruit wrap. This needed pre ordering and we only received the menu the day before. My Sister rang to ask if there was any other options as she doesn t eat pork and does not like jackfruit. She was told that the other option would be to go to the local pub that serves food.

The lunch was served cold in a pack lunch type box that really needed dusting. One of our cheesecakes had lots of dust particles and hairs on from the box I assume. You could not order drinks unless it was with your meal only water fountains available around the spa. By the time we got our drink we had finished with our meal (not that we ate much of it). We asked for a second drink and waited another 25 minutes before leaving without the drink. You get tea and coffee included in the deal, no menus are available for you to see what other options are available.

The waiter is also the receptionist who clerks you in, she didn t really seem to have any idea either. We actually overheard her being asked by another customer if the wrap was pork as she does not eat this, the waiter/receptionist replied does it taste porky? it s hard to tell as the pork and jackfruit look the same I can assure you they do not. We had 3 pork and 1 jackfruit. They looked very different and tasted very different too. The papers stating what each box contained was wrong on our table and also clearly on theirs.

We ended up eating a Dorito and Mars bar lunch from the vending machine.

The spa itself is lovely but it s not likely that we ll return.

We had a great time!

We had a great time!
Staff friendly, polite and professional!
Shannon booked us in and was always busy doing a variety of jobs through the day, always smiling and happy to help.
Beth did my facial and back massage and did a great job working out lots of knots.
Covid safety:
Staff were wearing masks all the time. Lots of gel and facilities to wipe things down in the locker room if you wanted even though staff were regularly wiping things down regularly.
The spa had a sauna, steam, aroma and ice room all were clearly labelled to keep distance and maximum time allowed in reach room.

We had a well needed relaxed day.
Thank you!

Booked a spa day for my mum and myself as a Christmas present, which we had to postpone everything due to Covid. The hotel/ spa was very understanding and helpful about everything which was really good of them. We both went today and agreed it was the loveliest experience we could have had, let alone with everything going on still.

We felt extremely relaxed and at ease. The staff were fantastic and we both thoroughly enjoyed our treatments. The ladies that did ours were such lovely women and so friendly. My therapist was called Tammy and my mums we think was called Beth. They were brilliant and such a pleasant people and made it a removable experience . The massage was the best we have ever had and will be definitely coming back as soon as possible! It was a long awaited relaxing day after a really tough year. Can t wait to come back already!
