The inventory is unique and well chosen. It s very pricey but my friend found Gucci shoes on sale for an unparalleled price so that alone won me over. The staff can be a little stand-offish at first but once you break the ice they are super helpful.
They may have some cute stuff but the attitude of the man I asked a few question was so I politely I left.
Making me repeat 5 time the same thing answeting 5 time the same thing like he didn't understand the question... Why so much attitude ?
There are no stupid jobs but selling clothing definitely does not give you the right to "fart higher then your butt" like we day in France.
Will not return.
FYI: I live right by it and came dripping fashion but no logos... Know your clients better or I guess I m not the target and tourist spend better.
Only went in to use the bathroom in an emergency. They were so nice & accomodating. Will go back to shop
Absolutely one of my favorites stores. I discovered Bob Ellis in Atlanta when I saw a pair of Giorgio Armani crocodile heels in WWD I had been searching for. Once my favorite salespeople found out I was moving back home to NY he told me they had a store in the Meatpacking District! Keisha and Michael are the ABSOLUTE BEST in sales!!! My money is well spent when I shop here!
Unprofessional. I had an item reserve for me for in store pick up and by the time I went to pick it up after crossing state lines from New Jersey they hassle and made me wait, wasting 30min of my time and too tell me they couldn t find the item. The vibe i also reiceved here was discomforting, it s like a staring contest between the employees on who can stare at you longer. Honestly I wouldn t shop here most the fashion is outdated, your better off going somewhere on 5 ave

Fantastically curated inventory. The premium here is that no matter how forward the fashion is, the quality is the most important goal. There are a lot of places to go find exciting fashion. Try putting them on and see how the garment falls and moves, (or doesn't) and you will understand what paying more gives you. I had Ivan who was terrific but everyone from Jeffrey, who came over to chat, all the way to the seamstress was top drawer. If you fall in love with something you should probably buy it. They usually have small designer runs that will be difficult to buy elsewhere. It's a quality place. You can trust it.
This store has it all everything you need to be drip and relevant in today's fashion world
Love this store. Just discovered it on our last visit. Will definitely shop there again when I am in NYC.
