memorial hospital is the best place providing the medical service/
the doctors are so professional. the staff of nursing are so helpful and respectful whenever you call the nurse station the respond immediately. the hospital is clean and sanitized and no one can enter without the face mask either staff or patients .
the beds are clean and comfortable. i suggest anybody to have the medical care in this great medical organization

Came in for a bone infection, the doctors were knowledgeable and more than willing to explain.
But the real reason I gave a 5 star rating is the nurses. Every single one of them have been kind and understanding.
Great personalities and made my stay there very comfortable, thank you.

I live about 2 hours away from here and I choose to come here instead of the Northwestern hospital in my town and I don t regret that at all.

To make an appointment for an annual physical, I waited on hold for 33 min, then called back to get a 'call back' because the recording said that my 'time is valuable'. After receiving the call back, I was on hold for 24 min before a live person answered the phone. The actual conversation was probably 90 sec. I disagree that making me wait on hold for 24 min shows you value my time. Absurd service for a supposedly world class hospital.

Successful living donor kidney transplant done at Northwestern. Incredible surgeons, doctors, and nurses. This was the first hospital of the many i have been too that I felt actually listened to my concerns and treated me properly. Quick and respectful communication. Thank you a million times over to the amazing staff for saving my life!

I recently had an appointment on 12/9/2020 with the intentions of leaving that same day. After things didn t go as planned, I was admitted for a full week. Although, ending 2020 with hospital stay is not the most ideal, Northwestern Memorial Hospital made my stay pleasant. I m honestly impressed on the hospital as a whole. The entire staff did an amazing job. I just want to say thank you to everyone. The Med team, IBD team, nurses, techs, everyone else that has interacted with me. You all did a wonderful job with keeping spirits high and give VALUABLE information to me as a patient. I don t normally do reviews, but this had to be done. Keep up the amazing work.

A great complex to look for your arteries and be able to get those cared Services that u can t even begin to name them all. My life story started long time ago at here.

I came into the ER with some significant concerns and was taken in immediately where a whole crew came in to ensure as quickly as possible that whatever was going on was not life threatening. The doctors took the time to explain things before, during, and after while the ER nurses went above and beyond. Let's not talk about how amazing the nurses and techs on the floor were later that night (1 am discussion on HGTV reno shows!!!) and the next day. The doctors were great and again took the time to explain things which, let's be honest, is beyond unique and it was by far my best hospital visit ever. 10/5 stars if it were possible!!!

Update: NO words for how awesome the team is here. Everyone from schedulers to techs to Dr.'s to nurses. I will forever be grateful to the amazing team here. not to mention how hard they work to help me quickly and in such a way that not only meets the need but actually helps me emotionally.

The facilities and location are great, but my primary doctor is one of the least experienced. I have cough symptom for several months and it isn t getting better, it affects my sleep at night and causes mild chest pain. I scheduled several appointments with her, but each time was asked to just wait and it ll self recover. Scheduling an appointment is not easy, so the illness drags on one appointment after another. Now I m really frustrated and have to switch to another hospital.
Don t know how much longer it ll take, because I have to get Covid test, do all other tests again. I just wasted several months with this doctor.

I want to say that at Women s Prentice Hospital 6th Floor they took such good care of me.

They re the best care team and I would recommend anyone needing surgery for women issues should come here!!! They informed me well made me feel comfortable and at ease,Made sure my pain was managed and took their time in all they did!! Thank you all for caring so well for me!! I have been a cancer patient at Northwestern since late 2018 and have received care far beyond my expectations. The doctors, surgeons, radiologists, nurses, office employees, etc. are all the best I have had contact with in any hospital. I personally would choose no other place to receive treatment.
