The erstwhile building that housed Rai University in Mohan Cooperative Estate. My first visit took me on a loop since entry is from the rear through a very inconspicuous path.
The building has multiple offices. Casio is on the 1st floor. You're greeted by a very competent guard who manages most of the front office transactions.
I didn't have to interface with any employee. A place having very established processes.
Nice customer care . gr8 customer service and example for how well treat customer on their visit. Gr8 hospitality. After Entry take 2nd gate straight to 2nd floor . u will be right at Casio service center . earlier all building complex used to be Rai university where I used to study.
i wanted to buy a sporty kinda watch so i was checking g shock watch online few days back which was showing a yellow colour extra band with it, but in hustle i forgot to check exact model number and i booked another one and when i received it i found i made a mistake and its not the same model it was Casio GA-900-1ADR(G1057) Youth Fashion, i read their terms and conditions for replacing or returning i saw they have mentioned clearly i can replace it with another watch of same amount so i called them but i got surprised with the response of a lady she said sir we some issues with delivery person so right now we can't replace it you can only return it. Maybe later they can deny for returning policy too if their have problem with their delivery person, didn't expected that from huge brand like g shock.
First of all it was a matter of just 30 minutes for changing the battery of my wrist watch but as because of Covid situation, i agreed to deposit the watch and was told that the service center people will contact me, however i have not received any call whatsoever and it's been more than a week. And when i call the number given to me, NOBODY answers the call and if once answered, i was given a toll free number which is GOOD FOR NOTHING..! NOBODY answers that number and you end up wasting time on IVR..!
I NEVER EXPECTED THIS KIND OF SERVICE FROM CASIO.. SERIOUSLY..!

The place and systems are awesome. It's just that if you ok spending a large sum of money on your repairs this place is great.

Went on dec 2020. Staff were less due to covid. So Security gaurds full filling their role at reception, cashier counter with utmost interest. Watch gets qurantine for 72hrs before repair. You will get notified on msg when your watch is repaired. Battery replacement for casio compass model 360rs( 2 battery) . Other one with single battery 240rs.
Its better to replace battery here ,not to void warranty
