This can t be a real agency. I feel like I m being pranked or something when trying to contact them.

I had the best customer service experience today thanks to Amy in Verifications! She went above and beyond to help me and was extremely pleasant to talk to. I really appreciated her help and she definitely should be recognized for her outstanding customer service.

I ve been waiting since February to get my application looked at so I can take the NCLEX. Nobody answers the phone or calls back when you leave a message. It is so terribly run. They need to figure out a better way to run this business since they have to deal with important paperwork that deals with someone s future.

Terrible wait times, nobody seems to know what they're doing. Customer service is abysmal. I chose the correct option for the phone line, but was forwarded to another team. I've spent hours on the phone sorting this out. FYI they don't follow up on credential requirements, they just take our money. It's been weeks and my license hasn't been renewed. People need to work! This is unacceptable!

Was in credentialing from Aug 2020 to Mar 2021 for my LCSW. Very long wait times on phone calls. At the final step (was told it usually takes 6 weeks) it actually took 10 weeks. I had to call my local representative's office to help push the issue. I also contacted governor Evers' office and they raised the issue with DSPS.
EVERYONE: call your representative offices and state governor! You won't be put on hold for an hour like DSPS. Your elected officials need to hear from applicants so they can push the issue.

Waiting over a month now just to transfer my license! It would be nice to physically talk to someone so that I can understand exactly what they need from me instead I m turning in things not knowing if it s correct or not then told to wait 15 days so they can check to see if it s the right document or not! My job is on the line my career is at stake and they don t care! I can t afford not to work CHRISTMAS IS COMING I HAVE KIDS THAT NEED GIFTS PLEASE HELP ME!

This agency is terrible. The fact that our state has hired this company to handle something as important as state licensing is ridiculous. They have terrible customer service. Sit on hold for long periods of time only to be connected to voicemail which never gets a return phone call. I asked to speak to a supervisor twice and only got a voicemail which also did not get a return phone call. I sent emails which did not get a response. I also spoke to an actual person twice and was told my paperwork would get processed same day and nothing happened. Very unprofessional. I would give negative stars if I could.

I must say that I was apprehensive about contacting DSPS upon reading the reviews online, but I'm happy to report I got connected with one of the sweetest and patient staff in the Substance Abuse department. Her name is Lori and I hope to get her any time I call. She helped answer my questions and gave some clarity on a few different things related to my training credential. Thanks, Lori!

This agency is such a joke! It takes the state of WI twenty one days to get people their results for exams. It may not seem like a big deal, but IT'S A SCANTRON TEST. Elementary and high schools can manage to get you your results next day, so one would think a government agency would be able to do likewise. I took a licensing exam in Minnesota on a Wednesday, and had my results by Friday morning (they emailed them to me - an option that WI has yet to adopt). Come on, Wisconsin! Join the 21st century and use technology to the advantage of the people that pay to keep you up and running!
