Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. Review

I have personally watched a property called Trailwinds Apartments on 42nd Street in Garden City take many turns and its sad because my opinion or other don't seem to be a concern within the Corporate Office. It's sad to watch a respected manager with an outstanding portfolio in the treasure valley take one of the most challanged complex with poor reporting history give their heart to peoples needs focusing on developing an outstanding residents and a safe and optional place to live while minimizing police involvement . I find a person that's been educated well and shown exceptional ability to manage is very unique qualities to have on your staff. While increasing a positive influence among a good size community should be recognized for sure but often get set aside. When your witnessing a property condition change from outstanding to poorly developing very fast is heartbreaking. Northwest Real Estate Capital Corporate Office has chosen to eliminate a few outstanding employees that have proven to increase investments to its highest level. Communication within an organization is a key factor when reaching credible conclusions and staying on top of the industry. I have tried several times reaching higher management and the owner and have yet to receive a response back even when it's at it's most extreme situation . My own experience haven't seem to have shown an important priority when questions have arisen or a potential choice of action effects so many others and their
living conditions. Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. should consider recognizing employees that stand out and clearly give the devotion it takes within a corporations success and strategic developments. Terminating a valued employee should be more valued than a inexperience replacement. Take care.

This area is very quiet and relaxing also everything is walking distance, I find that very convenient.

Thank you, Tamarack and NWRECC for being a company of integrity, and hiring the right people. Property management is a challenging industry because of strict regulations, and people, as a whole, do not like regulations, so they get upset. Consistently, I have witnessed, at the end of the day, they are mad because they didn't want to follow the regulations set up to protect them. My job, as the Marketing and Leasing Specialist is easier because the staff at Tamarack and NWRECC follow the regulations required when housing people, yet never losing their integrity.

DO NOT work for North West Real Estate Capital Corporate Office they will screw your tenants over!

BE AWARE they are a poor unethical managment company!
