It s easy to write nice reviews when all goes well but one of the best ways to evaluate a business is when something goes wrong and how they chose to deal with the problem. I just had that experience with the service department and I was pleasantly surprised. As a large business you can t always have the right employee for every repair that comes in your shop. But you can stand behind your customer if you didn t get the job done correctly. And that s exactly what Service Manager Dennis Teach did for me. His professionalism and willingness to see my side as a customer kept my trust. As a result I will keep coming back.
