I left work early to make to get a oil change and was so hurt when I was told I had to make an appointment and that they were full to service my car due to 2 cars that haven't got serviced and the time... I than explain to Shane how it was urgent that I get a oil change(0%) because of my hrs of work and not always making it to the dealership in time when getting off... Shane was very nice,helpful and understanding he said to me let me see what I can do then told me to pull my car up we will do your oil change but it will take a hr or sooo due to the 2 cars that haven't got oil changes yet which was fine with me. I was sooo happy I had the biggest smile on my face. I went in for a oil change only leaving with a oil change and them rotating my tires paying for the same service with a 2yr 3 oil change plan with tire rotations way to go Shane GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We need more like Shane in this world keep up the GREAT WORK!!!

Pretty easy buying experience, especially during the pandemic. Did most of the work online. Hit a little snag at closing but they made it right and we were on our way. Whole thing took an hour.

I went to Northland Chrysler after going to a coup...

I went to Northland Chrysler after going to a couple different dealers to return my lease and find a deal on a different car. Harry Kelly at Northland dealer along with Joe Rossi went above my expectations and found me a deal that worked for me. They made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Everything went smooth and I left a happy customer. I will be definitely recommending this dealership to everyone.

Pulled in and sat for a couple minutes the desk person came to the car and just stared at me ... I guess I was supposed to greet him? Lol I ve never been to a shop and they couldn t gaurantee that my car would be looked at the same day with no explanation as to why it wouldn t which made me wonder what was the point of an appointment .. Things happen and i understand shops get busy and things happen but the rude service on top of that made it worse . Won t be going back

My mom and I, went to the dealership on a Saturday...

My mom and I, went to the dealership on a Saturday at noon to inquire about a Jeep Cherokee. We walked in and were greeted by Mr. Glenn Boyd. I showed him the Cherokee I was interested in and he immediately facilitated the porters to retrieve it from the overflow lot. While waiting, we looked at a few additional Jeep products. Once the Jeep arrived, he showed it us and I knew it was the vehicle I wanted. He had it cleaned up and we began the purchasing process. While waiting for the paperwork to be typed out, he offered us pizza (how very hospitable). Each and every staff member of the dealership were extremely friendly and we both felt comfortable throughout the whole process. As we were leaving, the owner took time out of his day and introduced himself to us, he was very down to earth as well. By 3:15 that same day, I was in my very clean, full tank of gas 2020 Jeep Latitude 4x4. Very pleased with the purchase, the experience and the no pressure atmosphere.

My only regret is that I didn t find this dealership a few weeks earlier for my daughter who purchased a Compass.

I have found my home dealership! Kudos to Northland Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram and a big thank you to Mr. Boyd and the Finance Manager!

Great Experience! I worked with a great Salesman and Finance Specialist Hank Henry & Steven Witcher. From working on finding the vehicle that met the request of both me and my wife to working out a financial deal that ultimately was too good to pass, I am happy with my purchase and would definitely go back to Northland Chrysler Dodge again! Great team there.

I called to report one of their drivers was going 40+ in a 25mph residential area in Clawson (the driver passed me in a school zone) and they hung up on me three separate times. Pretty blatantly shows there it's no accountability and if you have an issue you'll get hung up on.

Prompt......explained everything from beginning to end. I received text message updates throughout the time my Jeep was being serviced. Honestly, the best price for the service done. I can say this now... I ve paid and I m gone. But I was quoted almost 600 dollars more from a non-Chrysler dealer.

I had to take my car in for a recall. It was my first time at Northland and the experience was perfectly easy-going. Q educated me on the upcoming maintenance schedule services that are due and printed out an estimate. I appreciated him making conversation and taking me into the showroom so I could check out the Hellcat. They did the job in the estimated time and left my car clean. No muss, no fuss.

From the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted with professionalism and honesty. Gary was very helpful and immediately identified a vehicle that fit my needs based on my requirements. He was upfront and worked to get me every discount applicable for my situation which I really appreciated. The delivery/pickup of my vehicle was smooth sailing. The finance manager had all the paperwork ready to go even though we arrived early. We were in and out within an hour and that included another formal walkthrough of all the controls and accessories in the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership! Northland has certainly secured me as a repeat customer!

Had such a great first experience here! The other dealership I would go to normal started to make more problems than fix. Jason in the service center, here, made sure I understood what was going on and other repairs that would be needed. So I set an appointment to come back for them the next day. Great place!

I made an appointment at 10 am to get my transmission fluid checked and topped off. I stood around for almost 30 mins before I was helped. I was told it would be 45 mins for the wait. 45 mins turned into 2 1/2 hours. After my car was ready I got on the freeway and I noticed that the mechanic did not close my hood all the way. They also did not put the cap to the transmission back on. Shane my service advisor did a good job. He was very helpful and the only person there that was actually working.

Gary Okie was such a great salesman. He promised me that he would have a car for me on Thursday, and he delivered. He helped me with all the ins and outs of my new Jeep. What an awesome guy. The service department was able to get my 2018 Jeep in for repair the next day, and provide me with a courtesy rental. Repairs were done quickly, and the service specialist, Jason, made everything as convenient and easy as possible. He provided OUTSTANDING customer service, throughout the entire process, which I greatly appreciate! I highly recommend the service department, and will continue to use them for all service and maintenance issues.

Best service anywhere. Was keep abreast of the issues, the solution, and given a nice loaner car while they were working on mine. Ken and Jason are the best along with the rest of the service department.

We were out of town for a family get together and our van broke down. We decided to have it towed to this dealership and that turned out to be a great decision. The customer service I received from Q was great and they got our van up and running in a timely manner for a minnimal cost. I would definitely recommend doing business with them.

My daughter went in to get her key fixed and also let them know the button on her radio was missing the service department didn t help. CHAWN GRIFFIN let her know that her car was a 2008 Jeep commander no one would want the button off of something that they don t make any more. In my opinion I don t think anyone should put down a car that was bought for a kid

Had the worst experience at Northland Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram.
I was purchasing a 2021 - 1500 Ram Night Edition and had successfully completed all the necessary steps for purchasing. Before coming in I confirmed with the Sales Manager the time, they had all the information they needed from and the vehicle was cleaned and ready. When I came to pick up my vehicle and sign the lease agreement the vehicle was not prepped and ready and did not have all the features the Sales Manager had confirmed it would have. I sat at the Sales Manager desk for 45 minutes waiting before leaving because nothing was ready. Never have experience this level of unprofessionalism when purchasing a vehicle.

Where is my car? No one will return my calls. Car was suppose to be finished this week. No calls, no return calls to my messages. No one is able to tell if the manager is even in when I call.
Will never use this place again.
I can t believe the insurance company told me to go here.

I was not very pleased with the service I received...

I was not very pleased with the service I received. On the day of my service I brought my car in @ 7am I didn't receive an update call on my vehicle until I called to inquire @ 430pm. At that time I was told what the issue was and that they needed my authorization which implied to me that work didn't get started until then. I have no knowledge of when they discovered the problem which leads me to believe if they had found out earlier in the day and contacted me I could of gotten my car sooner. I was told my car would be done in the morning. My car indeed was done by 11 the next morning, now to add insult to injury I requested the shuttle to come pick me up at 12 noon,at 1220 I received a text that the shuttle was on the way. I waited until 230pm and still no shuttle. Frustrated I got one of my neighbors to drop me off. When I spoke to the service manager he said the regular shuttle driver was not there and they were trying to find a driver which I found to be a pretty poor excuse because that was a known problem that should of been taken care of plus I got the feeling that he really was not interested in interested in hearing my complaints when I was telling him about my concerns from the day before and that day about the shuttle, he kept walking away from me when I was talking to him trying to express my frustration. With all that said I have been getting service there for a while and I have an old car and I will be needing more service done I hope that in the future I can get just a little bit more consideration or I may be forced to find somewhere else to get my vehicle serviced

Just an update to my prior post all of my concerns were quickly addressed. Shawn was very empathetic to my cause and was very professional. He was very reassuring and he apologized to me for all the things that caused my frustrations and explained to me why things went the way they did and the steps that will be taken to prevent future mishaps. All in all they exhibited excellent customer service and provided me with a direct contact in case I have any issues in the future. They were on point and showed that the definitely valued me as a customer and I give them much respect for that.

The staff was very friendly and patient. They give upfront detailed pricing unlike other dealerships that I went to. I knew the exact amount of cost, rebates, trade in, etc. it was detailed out. it was not all rolled into a bottom line price. No hidden costs or gimmicks but rather a honest dealership which is hard to come by. Highly recommend

After them giving me some rude remarks. I just left and went to another dodge dealership where they happily took my truck in and took care of me.
