Terrible customer service!

1. There were no free parking spaces, the spaces are for customers, not suppliers.

2. The receptionist does not know if the new 2020 models have arrived. Very bad welcome, I had to ask her if there was someone who could assist us.

3. No vendor in sight, we waited 10 minutes and no one came to ask what was offered.

We opted to go to the BMW of Americas, what a pity they lose customers due to the lack of training in customer service of their staff.

As in all BMW agencies, the service is always good, the only detail that I would take care of is that we have customers who need more impulse to close a sale.
