I brought the window sash back to the manufacturer and they fixed for only a small charge. I even got it back the same day!

Put brand new r5 tinted windows in.....2 years later a burglary happened where 1 was broken...drove to long Island to get it fixes and they could not make it exact with the same beveled window first... then the r5 tint was discontinued...asked a representative (man) if they didn't consider people who installed these windows how will they replace it ...he said no!!!!!he said u should of got the insurance company to change the whole thing.. so apperently THEY DISCONTINUE THINGS ON PURPOSE SO U REPLACE THE WHOLE THING!!!!!!THEY'RE SCAM ARTISTS

We had their windows installed in our house a few years ago, a rock cracked one of our windows and we needed a repair. Northeast was able to repair our glass for us in the same day, we are impressed by their quick services, and will be recommending to family and friends!

When they do something wrong they tell you to call a lawyer and kick you out of their shop. Liars and bad business ethic, be careful with giving them your money!
