For a thrift type store, they have some pretty good stuff there

North Fulton Community Charities is a God Send! Also, The Staff and workers are gracious kind wonderful and always helpful This charitable organization is honestly an absolute blessing that no one should ever take for granted

Thank You North Fulton Community Charities For being a beacon of light for the whole world to see you do so much to help so many and your faith and consistency to help Gods people every where with food clothing shelter education job postings etc.. will be rewarded!

Love shopping at this store. Can always find something awesome in great shape. The best thing is this store directly supports people in need in North Fulton County.

Nothing better than a chuch u can call home. The music and the words are so profound there's no word to explain how amazing you will feel when you coming to this church and see all these amazing faces and when you leave you're just a new your person.

One of my favorite thrift stores, clothes never really that good, vinyl records need switching out too but i can always find cool knick knacks here, including cameras.

Staff is helpful and friendly and its open in the evenings

They are there for you when you need them. They help the fulton county resisdents with food and assistance with bills. They are always friendly and will great you with a smile

This place cares about you and they talk to you with respect all kinds of nationalities get help there the workers were absolutely respectful and nice I would recommend if you need help to go over to this place. Very clean!

Some of the best items in any thrift store I've been to. Also 100% of the profits go directly to their food kitchen and other services. Great place to volunteer.

for sale , while they are supposed to be

Amazing! These people most certainly are doing the Lord's work. We had an opportunity to help serve NFCC through Passion City Church. They are very well organized and serve so many people in the community. The next time we have an opportunity to serve here again, we will not hesitate!

I volunteered through an organization off which I am a member. There we a lot of volunteers there, a busy place with a lot gong on. I think NFCC provides a good community service.

I have been "shopping" here for at least 5 years. I absolutely love this place. They actually help a great deal of people. They are second none when it comes to thrift stores. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. This is not a retail store, but a Re-Sale store, so you won't find staff members able to give you the attention that you would receive at Nordstrom's but you may find items from Nordstrom's on the shelf. Love It!

Way over priced! You can get new items for around the same price

We donate here a lot & also have found some really great deals in their thrift store. They keep it pretty well clean & organized.

Everything until I got to the homeless coordinator. You see my cousin decided to go to Florida leaving me stranded a week before my payday cause I did start a new job 2 weeks ago. I told one of my co workers and she referred me to Jennifer the homeless coordinator. What Jennifer didn't know is my co workers is one of the clients that she helps and she told me which hotels she uses, so I called one and they had 2 rooms available, Let me remind you I did call Jennifer and left a message but since I was left stranded I had no choice but to pop up with hopes of getting a little help if not some other resources. Not only did I not get help she was extremely insensitive and impolite. She was very careless and I left in tears. A single woman on the streets alone at night she didn't even ask about my story or refer me to somewhere else. I guess I was to polished for help. No disrespect I'm sure she has helped alot of people I was just one of the unfortunate ones. She could have turned me away gracefully she didn't have to be so nasty about it.

Rudest staff. Single Mom looking for Christmas for my daughter. Found nice purse in the purse section. When I got to register, the blonde lady snatched it up and sneered it was $23 because it should not have been out on the floor. I could not afford $23 for a used purse. She threw it behind her and treated me like scum. That's okay, I found something else at Goodwill. Don't give to this charity and do not patronize their store.

The website says open till 8pm Saturday I walked 2miles only to be told the pantry closes a 1 PM 3/7/2020 what a waste

The prices and the people are absolutely fantastic you get good items for a great prices I enjoyed the Store employees at this store as well terrific services they do offer awesome prices and products great place to shop for less money. Clean store doesn t smell they do offer free food and car auction for nice car giveaways

I usually didnt have bad experienced until TODAY. They treat black men very bad!! My boyfriend was denied assistant and is a fulton county resident . very rude and unfriendly service.

North Fulton Charities has helped me and my service dog out so very much! Everyone from the financial to the food service area are very kind and empathetic to each person and or family s needs. They really do want to help you out and will bend over backwards to make it possible. I ve always gotten great food items there. And being able to pick my own selection makes you feel like you re at a supermarket instead of a handout food bank. You leave with your head held high instead of feeling like a loser in life. And they understand that sometimes life gets in the way and bad things happen to good people. Thanks to all the people who donate and thanks especially to all the volunteers. And they re still helping during this terrible virus that s going on here! Many many thanks!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. They have a good pantry and the thrift store is awesome. They also have all service information pamphlets or or sheets with telephone numbers from children to seniors for those in need.

I was at first excited when my friend pulled into the parking lot of this establishment the good prices and many selections is what I look for as a musician when I walk to the store the first thing to catch my eye was an organ I said to my friend I need an organ so I begin to test it out. As I was testing it to see how it worked a lady came by to listen an African American woman she like the way that I played and asked did I know certain song so I begin to play a song as I was testing the instrument to see if it was worth my buying I did like it so far I said to my friend I think I want to buy this. At that moment out of nowhere comes a white male about maybe 55 to 65 years of age with his security badge and gun exposed screaming and yelling in a very disrespectful rude tone get off I said excuse me I m texting this equipment to see if I want to buy it or not he said I don t care it s distracting get off if you can t play it don t touch it. I myself and I m accomplished professional musician with over 20 years of professional experience I did not share that with him however his tone begin to continue to aggravate me I asked to see the manager he said I don t care get off and don t touch it in a very loud or rude manner. I immediately notice my surroundings the only black people in The Establishment was myself my friend and the lady who came over to hear me as I was testing the instrument when I ask the cashier to see the manager she said the manager had walked out it was no longer there. As the security guard was yelling in his rage for no reason I immediately became aware of what was im an African American man in the city of Roswell in this particular location I knew that I was a Target so I remove myself from The Establishment however the absolutely rude Behavior disrespect and rudeness of the staff has not gone unnoticed when I walked out the African American went woman who was listening to me play was addressing the staff saying that they were wrong and out of line I was testing the instrument to buy it. not only would I not give the people my business but my on- line assault to tell people about this racist establishment is just starting.

I cannot imagine how anyone could write a negative review for such a wonderful organization. North Fulton Community Charities helps people in North Fulton county who need extra help because of temporary financial circumstances. It is run by a group of Mother Theresa's, who work very hard to provide this service. Thank God for y'all!

Drop off donations for their new opening of thrift store coming up it was in appreciation of having to use the food pantry since I'm unemployed since march

I donate to NFCC and I have volunteered with them. I purchase from them on a regular basis. In 2014, I purchased a wonderful dining room table that sits 6 as a minimum but it also came with two additional leaves to accommodate the 8 wide wide bottom, high back wicker chairs with cream colored upholstered seats, all for $149.00. One chair alone is worth more than I paid for the whole set. NFCC has also helped me with food and electric bill when I was in between employment. They have blessed me tremendously when I needed it most and I am forever thankful for their services.

Things are a little expensive but still help me a lot

I really like to shop at thrift stores that help in the local area. The prices at North Fulton Community Charity Thift Store are wayyyy too high! A Flat screen 31 inch used tv $180 , Wii & Xbox game systems $80 &up. I think they have someone over pricing the items. The public donate these items to help the local community. They are pricing things like a clearance section of Big Lots and these are used items! Not good at all. I Will just donate money online, I still like how they help the local community

I love this thrift store.. lots of great find to be had and, they help out the community..

Rich people goodwill. Amazing clothes, some with tags still on from well known designers.

NFCC Education Center director was very rude, I took 3 hours off from work to talk to her and she did not even give a moment to talk to her, to give us some consultation. It seems this charity is mainly helping and respect for Spanish people. I wish we can find a community that is for everyone.

This place is a good old-fashioned thrift store. They always have really good bargains. You find wonderful furniture there.

I like this place because there is always cool stuff like furniture, books and clothes. Worth the visit.

NFCC is a great place! They help those in need and we can donate things to help their mission. We bought a couple of televisions in great condition.

I wish your hours and mine lined up so I could donate more often and shop! This place is a blessing to the community. The store is always filled with interesting things and orderly...ish.

Very well organize community non-profit organization with good prices

Rude! I used to love going to this place but due to the unprofessional rude customer service, I will not be back. We were not given a correct itemized receipt, it was someone else's and part of ours. I was trying to check to make sure my mom was given her discount when I realized the bottom of the receipt was ours and it wasn't but only the top portion of her reciept, so i couldn't see if she received her discount. So we walked back in the store and she couldn't find our receipt but assured us that she gave the senior discount. Upon walking back out to our car, i added it up and it didn't make sense. She had offered to ring everything back up if we wanted to make sure, so I ended up having to lug everything back into the store. Then another woman rang it all up again and said we owed her a few dollars and some change. Excuse me??!?! Uhm no, you obviously rang it up wrong! So I checked the receipt and it was $1.00 wrong on one item, so she subtracted $1 & said she still owed $1 something. She didnt figure that when adding the tax to that amount it would be different. She should have done it properly and gave us a actual receipt in the first place so we didn't even have to come back in. All could have been fine if the woman (Bebe was her name) hadn't been so incredibly rude about it. I have never seen someone so rude. She should be able to handle such situations, as in customers not getting correct receipts, in a more polite and courteous manner.
I will not be back, as I don't like having to deal with such rude people.
