I had to get my husbands prescription and the pharmacist that was supposed to mix it went home. So I had to go back the next day because I had to get pills instead and they only had 4. Not impressed at all.

I have been a customer for years now and have no plans on changing. Joel the head pharmacist is one of the most caring souls I know . He don't mind answering questions , calling doctors , or even going above and beyond for his customers. That means a lot to me.

We originally started using the other location because we lived in Wellborn even though the hours were not as convenient and it was a bit farther. But they had great service. 5 star. Then we moved to lake City a year ago, my husband has tons of medications, several illnesses, as do I. We are on a very limited income. My husband started receiving Humana where he gets his meds free by mail which was a HUGE savings for us! Then it was hard for us to remember to get my meds as my husband has a brain injury and I also have been having cognitive issues and there pharmacy is not open as late as others. So there was a weekend approaching and I asked to switch my meds to a different pharmacy almost closing time so I could pick them up because I was out! The pharmacist said to my husband, If you wouldn't have transferred your meds I would have stayed till you got here to pick them up. He said we only need them 2 transferred. I actually had to end up transferring the ones back because the other pharmacy didn't take my insurance. Then I came back to North Florida Pharmacy to get my meds they said they refused to have me for a customer any longer and wouldn't tell me why! I went in the store to speak to owner/pharmacist He was mad at first because husband transferred all his meds! I thought everything was ok, after I explained the only reason we changed is because the medications are free, he acted ok, and walked away. Went ahead and filled my meds that day, but they just don't seem very nice anymore. Now, my husband was needing 2 pain meds and ibuprofen filled, they refused to fill it said since he transferred his meds they wouldn't fill anymore! We also were going to buy his CPAP machine there, we bought, ice packs, Etc. There's NO EXCUSE to be treated like this!!!! He owns BOTH STORES, owner who did this is: Joel Rosenfield This has been on seperate occasions, We thought problem was solved! We will NEVER buy anything ever again in either store, it's too bad because originally we liked both pharmacies. I cannot BELIEVE someone would treat paying customers like this??

The Pharmacist who runs this store actually met me here during closed hours to ensure that I had seizure medication for my dog. I cannot think of nicer individuals. The service you get here is the kind of service you used to get in small town America, when doctors made house calls and the pharmacist would make sure you got your medication, even if you couldn't pay for it.

Terrible I wouldn't give one star but I didn't see less than that. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my husbands meds for diabetes and the pharmist told me he wouldn't fill anymore of his meds. When I asked him why? His reply was because of you. My husband asked me to find out about his meds because instead of getting a 30 day supply of insulin he was getting only 25 days worth. In addition his humalog requires syringes so he can even use it but yet they never give them either. This puts my husbands health at risk and cause possible death. I know telling this to you will go no where because I called another North Florida pharmacy to transfer his meds and he told them to tell me I have to go to another pharmacy completely different and still refused service. again refusing to fill meds and my husbands on medicaid. So I contacted the Agency of health to make sure this doesnt happen to anyonelse.

If there was any other place to get my CPAP equipment in Lake City, Florida, I would go there. I am new to this community and this place was suggested to me. I am a Registered Nurse, practiced for 42 years, and I have experience with medical supply companies. Granted they were in the Bradenton-Sarasota area and they may be more advanced over there! It took North Florida nearly a month to get my equipment ready, and I had to call there. Things did take too long, but after speaking with the manager over these supplies, I understand more. She was more helpful and kind. Things may take a long time, but they are very nice.

Very disappointed with how I was treated when I went in scared and not knowing a thing about my diagnosis. Lady at front seemed inconvenienced that I asked for assistance sizing a sleeve for lymphedema. First thing she said was, insurance doesn't cover and they are expensive. As if I'm not already having a bad day with diagnosis and been crying but now I'm basically accused of not being able to afford my sleeve. Really! Well,, I bought one there as it was immediately needed but as I shopped for shoes that would help my RA same lady tells me , those are very expensive. At this point I was offended enough. Paid for my 1 sleeve, went to Jacksonville and spent $400 in a pharmacy there that knew I was a good customer.

NFP in Lake City is okay, they have their days, but NFP in Branford is amazing, hands down!! I live in Lake City and I drive to Branford to pick up scripts because of the awesome staff! Fort White NFP is okay as well, but Branford has them all beat!!

The partial owner/manager of this establishment(Joel) is the most arrogant, condescending person in any sort of customer service I've ever experienced..
Pulled all of our business after almost 5 years, others have had similar experiences.. because of a minor miscommunication I had resolved with the cashier.

I moved to lake city a couple of years ago. I get my prescriptions elsewhere (due to insurance), but I like supporting local businesses so I come into north Florida pharmacy to get OTC medications. I was in there some months ago and heard the boss (I m assuming he was the boss. Older Man) absolutely berating one of his poor employees. In front of customers and other employees! The poor girl was probably so embarrassed. No employee should deal with a boss like that. I have not, and will not return to this company after witnessing that. I never write reviews, but the experience was upsetting to witness! I hope that the employee has found another place to work. This place needs better management! I worked in a pharmacy for 4 years and was never treated this way!

Very nice and clean, very friendly folks, my wife was able to get her CAP mask, hose filters and all no problem, the gentleman said he will call her every three months to see if and/or what supplies she needs! It has been a real pain to get supplies in the past!
